Literally my FAVORITE pharmacy of all time! From friendly and helpful staff to knowledgeable, informative and resourceful pharmacists to fantastic management I will never use any other pharmacy (even if I move). My whole family and I can’t thank y’all enough for everything that you do!

After receiving no follow up from CVS in relation to the pharmacy manager and pharmacist's egregious behavior, unwillingness to do her job or provide any semblance of assistance, and verbalizing she is beyond reproach (including by CVS) I would give it a 0 if I could. While Karamjit K remains pharmacy manager, I cannot recommend enough to have the prescription filled at another location. I feel unsafe continuing to utilize the pharmacy at this location because of how negatively the delay in treatment and the debilitating stress of trying to access my daily prescription (and still being without it over two weeks later) has impacted me during this period.

The pharmacy rarely answers their phone. They make you drive over there and walk in, wait in line, just to ask a simple question that could have been resolved over the phone. Not every employee at CVS pharmacy ignores the phone, but many do, and especially the guy with curly dark hair. He actually admitted that he wont answer the phone when I asked him. I had tried calling, waited on hold for 45 min, got tired of waiting on hold and just drove over there. They were not busy and I could hear the announcements for pharmacy calls. The guy acted like he didnt hear them. When it was my turn I asked him why he doesn’t answer the phone. He said he never does and he apologized for it but said he’d rather deal with people in person. This staff and a few pharmacists that allow this to happen need serious RETRAINING.

worst experience ever. received text that my son's medication was ready. waited 20 min in a pick up line. they said the prescription was not there. I said but we received a text. he said doesn't matter. the consultation desk can help you. the line is a mile long. now it's 30 min and still have not made it to desk to speak with someone.run, don't walk, from this place

will leave you on hold indefinitely. needed an emergency prescription filled and they left me on hold so long and never answered to the point i had to drive down there to ask.

By far the best CVS I’ve ever dealt with. I moved around a lot and had many different CVS experiences, and some were less than pleasant but THIS ONE is an absolute winner! From courteous and friendly retail staff to knowledgeable and passionate pharmacy staff, there aren’t enough words to describe how great this location is. It’s 24 hours so that’s obviously a plus - but there’s no difference in the quality of retail or pharmacy staff any time of day. The store manager is often the one greeting you at the door but you also see here helping at the pharmacy when the lines are long and restocking shelves as needed. What a great quality in a manager ?? Our pharmacist actually reconciles meds and calls to see if we have questions when there’s a new medication prescribed- also they know us on a first name basis which makes the whole interaction beautifully personal. Feels like your family or your friend is checking in on you. Honestly, I think they all deserve salary raises ☺️

This is literally the worst CVS I have ever been to. Do not go here if you want your prescription within a reasonable amount of time. I went to pick up and was told it would be ready in 10 mins. After waiting for 45 minutes I left. Would recommend avoiding

I suppose you only review CVS on Yelp if something is bad. I really needed CVS staff to be helpful after my car was hit in their parking lot yesterday. Instead, they just said we don't know if we have any cameras and we don't know the name of the building management company that's responsible for outside. We're only in charge of inside the store. They didn't even say they were sorry about my car which is a sort of normal human reaction. I was told only the manager would know the building management company and to call back in the morning. I've called multiple times today and no one ever picked up. I stopped by after work and the manager wasn't there.

Unless it's 100% a different team in there giving vaccines, my experience was pretty good. Well organized and overall a good and efficient experience. I arrived a bit early, got checked in, got my shot, everything explained to me while I waited to before I could leave and then I was out. So yeah, overall a good experience.
