I love this location and pharmacy. The pharmacists, all three are so wonderful, I feel like they are family. They have over the years been so helpful and have knowledge with consideration. So naturally it’s easy to come, pickup and leave with a smile!

Older gentleman greeted me at the door and was so sweet. Super helpful. Would definitely come again because of him alone.

Down the street for the hotel. Convenient location, price higher than expected (which is why the four stars), but it appears on par for the area. Had what we needed, friendly staff.

Nothing fancy, but a solid 24 hour CVS that's been there for me when I needed it. They keep it well stocked. You can get the full range of medicines, cosmetics, grooming products, snacks, holiday items, etc. here. They always have an employee stationed near the door who can point you to what you need. They recently got new self-checkout machines, and they have several of them so there's almost never a wait to use one.One small note to management, the alarm that tells employees when people enter the store might not be necessary when the store's busy and there's a steady stream of customers. As a customer, the beeping isn't great but is manageable, but if I had to work a busy shift there with the door alarm beeping at me for ten seconds every thirty seconds for hours, I'd lose my mind.

I had the absolutely most appalling "customer service" experience of my life & the Covid 19 shutdown era at this store (& that is saying a lot). I don't wear masks, for both conscience & health reasons. If others choose to wear them, that is their choice. I choose not to & my choice is my own. Period. So I avoid most businesses in VA these days & seek to patronize those who demonstrate a respect for liberty. To be fair, I figured CVS was not a safe place for lovers of liberty, but I also found myself with a health emergency on Sunday. Due to unforeseen prolonged sun exposure, I had really bad burns that had been commented on by others. Although I've never had to go to the emergency room for sunburn, my life experience, pain level & the remarks of others led me to seek out aloe so I could self treat at home right away & hopefully avoid a trip to urgent care in the next day or so. So I ran into CVS to grab the aloe that I needed & a few other things. It was very late at night, so much so that I'm not sure I even saw another paying customer during my couple minutes in the store to grab the items I required. This is highly unusual. This store is almost always busy - but it was not this late night. I didn't even come within 6 feet of anyone, nor would I have had to since it was empty. When I got to the front of the store, an employee said she wouldn't let me self-checkout unless I put on a mask. How absurd this society has become? I hadn't come within 6 feet of anyone (not even close), picked up what I actually needed for my health, and was being denied self-checkout (& the goods I needed to care for my badly burned skin) because I refused to wear a mask (conscience & health basis). Even though I could have checked out without ever once coming in 6 feet of anyone. I've never felt more like I was in a George Orwell book, trying to reason with people who cared nothing for it. When I told the employee I would not be putting on a mask, she suggested I buy one. I refused. Here I am, an American in a supposedly free society. I'm the paying customer, & now a willingness to buy goods from a vendor is not sufficient in the marketplace, I have to assent to their arbitrary, illogical & absurd demands to purchase another (unneeded & unwanted good). Sick really. Oh but it's get better. She says she'll call her manager. Ok, great. So now there's a total of 3 of us, them masked - me not, and no need to get within any proximity to one another at all, except over these totalitarian acts of idiocy & control. The manager says I have to wear a mask. I said I don't have one & I'm not buying one because I don't need it. What I need is aloe. I'm in great pain & very concerned about the severity of my burnt skin. I don't want to have to go to the urgent care but I need aloe because I think I'm out at home. I point to my lobster red swollen & burnt legs & knee caps. She says "it's not her problem". So CVS, that holds itself out as a pharmacy & health store is training its people to blind their eyes to the humanity of others in the name of dogmatic, ridiculous & unscientifically based "orders" and failing to mention important federal laws like ADA or even basic ethical principles like "first do no harm". When I asked if this is CVS's policy, the manager said "it's the world's". (I'm not sure if it's scarier that she actually may believe that, or that she would be willing to follow a "world policy". I assume it's the former, & so the ignorance is appalling. Many States in this very nation do not have mask mandates, let alone the remaining 194 nations of the world). I did no harm not wearing a mask last night. I barely came within 6 feet of anyone & each of them was masked. They did get uncomfortably close to me which I thought was odd given how insistent they were going to be about enforci

I have a new favourite CVS drug store. Today, I stopped in at this CVS drugstore on the spur of the moment to just get a cold soft drink. I was immediately greeted by a chipper staff member who asked me if there was anything she could help me find. Since it has been weeks since I stopped even looking for things like hand sanitizer and bleach (that I actually use in the laundry), I said no thank you, but I appreciate you asking. Then, since gambling is illegal in Virginia, I took one step turned around and apologetically (because I know I was wasting her time) asked the chipper staff member who greeted me upon entering the store if they had any of the things that this coronavirus made disappear in stock: bleach, lysol wipes, hand sanitizer, paper towels, or toilet paper. Much to my surprise, she said I'm pretty sure we don't have any bleach, but I think we have everything else let me go look for you. Less than 10 minutes later after she had checked three store rooms and the bins of hand sanitizer and Lysol wipes behind the cash register line I left the store with everything I wantedFrom the list, my cold soft drink, and as a bonus a bottle of wine. The cashier also could not be any nicer and after having wrong everything up that I was buying, the cashier said, "oh my I forgot to ask you if you had a CVS card." I said I did but that I would have to give her my phone number and she said OK will please let me have your bags back I'll need to re-ring your transaction." I said oh no no it's not worth the trouble but thank you for offering. She said then I believe some of these items are on sale and I need to enter yourCard for you to get the discounts. Again I said no need and I apologize for wasting so much of her time already and I told her how much I appreciate her help and her colleagues help. The cashier insisted on getting my CVS card number and re-ringing the order, and I ended up saving almost 50% on the items I bought.

Couldn't get my cold medicine (not a prescription) because the pharmacy was closed. Big 24 hour signs surround the store.

Pretty clean option to find your standard Pharmacy fare while traveling. I stopped in for just a few small things that I needed and was in and out in a flash. This CVS is laid out like most of them so you can find what you need and go. I appreciate that.

I don't have much to say about this specific CVS except for DO NOT try to come here in the afternoon/evening. It's a MESS!!! I'm taking specifically about the parking lot. It's small and doesn't have a lot of slots to start with and then you add in too many cars and you have a hot mess. People I guess lot their minds as they Everett's the parking lot and have no patience. Besides that this is your normal CVS. PS. Don't drop a shaving can on your foot in the store. Doesn't feel good. Have a good trip!

While the parking situation is terrible, and I cannot speak to the retail aspect apart from the norm, the pharmacy has always been amazing. The one tech who fills my scripts is always super friendly and remembers me and my meds. I'm glad I switched to this pharmacy because of the high quality of the tech's service and recommend it highly for prescriptions.

What can I say? It's a drug store.
