Very clean and we found what we were looking for. The associate was super helpful when we couldn't access one of the refrigerators and was patient when we had questions about some of the items behind the counter.Bonus was that they had the Cadbury eggs out early! I only got one though!

The employees at the Crystal Drive CVS are the kindest and most helpful of any CVS I have ever been to! I go out of my way to visit this location, because my interactions there always make my day!

Don't give these idiots your business!! I scheduled an appointment over week ago and they gave away my COVID booster, but still sent me a reminder today to come in for it. I took off work and showed up early and when I arrived, I was clearly on their schedule, but they acted like they had no idea I was supposed to get a COVID shot. When I pushed them for details they admitted "they ran out 5 days ago" but couldn't explain why they didn't contact me to cancel. They were very unapologetic considering their screw up. Apparently, they think you'll just take a flu shot instead if they get you to show up (cause they pushed me to get one anyway). What a joke!!Then I found out a week later at Walgreens (they have boosters in stock) that CVS charged my insurance for a flu shot they didn't even give me and therefore I couldn't get one at Walgreens. I spent an hour on the phone trying to get that reversed. CVS said I was listed as a no-show for the above appointment (a lie) and wasn't charged (another lie), - so I called them out for fraud. I told the the Walgreens pharmacist that CVS was denying it and he offered to verify it again and speak with them. CVS immediately hung up and his screen showed that CVS had just reversed it and he could proceed with the flu shot through my insurance. Unbelievable!!!This location is also very often understocked or out of stock. Don't waste your time even coming here - go to Walgreens or anywhere else instead!

I was in Arlington on an overnight trip and had forgotten important medications (Metoprolol & Rosuvastatin) at home. I get my prescriptions filled at a CVS in Williamsburg and the pharmacist here in Arlington was able to check my records and saved the day (and possibly my life as well!) by allowing me to get a 1 day supply without any hassles whatsoever! Thanks a million to this CVS Pharmacy!

A run of the mill CVS. Not very well organized. No distilled water available. Convenient location but very limited opening hours.

Never visited the actual pharmacy portion but every time I visit the CVS I am treated by helpful staff. They don't close until 10, except on Sunday when they close at 9, which is nice. Highly recommend coming here for quick trips or small food items, pet food, etc.

I received the worst service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. When I politely approached to inquire about a medication, the staff rudely directed me to ask the saleswoman who was working in the aisle.

The time I visited, the customer service was very good. Friendly folks at the front who asked me whether I needed help and got out of the way once I found what I was looking for. Would stop by this location again.
