Always come into this CVS but this morning had the best experience with Anay! She was so patient with me and truly so kind while the machine wasn’t working properly, truly was so thankful for her! Thank you so much Anay, would give 10 stars if I could!

This is my local CVS so I am there often for random items. The new manager, Az, was kind to my kids, friendly/helpful to the store patrons, helped me with my CVS app, and had a great sense of humor. This should be the norm, but it's sad that this kind of customer service is hard to come across these days. Thank you, Az!

I wish I could give them 0 .. I wouldn’t write this horrible review if it wasn’t about HIPAA . I even ignored several times when this CVS doesn’t inform us if meds are out of stock and when I get there to pick up thn I have been told but even they have our prescriptions for more thn 2 weeks still it’s out of stock even it’s not on back order RIDICULOUS..
me and my husband went to pick up our prescription again it’s on order and the one med they have in stock will take 1 hr 30 minutes all this information was given to us where the pharmacist stand all the way back as well as pharmacy tech they literally yelled my husband whole name and what meds we were picking up from that far no basic decency to walk toward the register and explain to us do they not get train about patient privacy . It just made my blood boil I wish I should’ve said something right there but I bite my tongue and walk away .

My husband was there to pick up Endometrin insert, However, Pharmacist Walija Bathool gave him Estradiol claiming it’s the same. Prescription that was sent specifically says Endometrin 100mg Vaginal Insert.
I’m not sure if she went to school or no but I can tell these are totally different pills.

The ladies at checkout were very helpful when my online purchase wasn’t the one I had intended to buy. They helped refund and apply the coupons to the correct product. I’ve always found the staff helpful

I bought a Lactaid milk and did not notice the expiration was ten days earlier. Best by dates should be checked regularly, and it’s obvious this store had not done it in quite some time. CVS Shirlington

Ran inside to grab a couple of items when I noticed a mother (with her sick child) going back and forth with a CVS employee (lady) about who would clean the vomit off the floor.
ZACK, who seemed to be one of the supervisors, intervened and quickly apologized to the mother (who clearly needed to tend to her child) reassuring her that the floor will be cleaned by staff on duty.
ZACK (Afro Am. gentleman) then took it upon himself to immediately clean up the vomit from floor himself, at the same time training/reprimanding the older lady employee for asking the customer with sick child to clean floor.
I was thoroughly impressed with ZACK for taking control of the situation that could’ve easily escalated. People like him need to be protected, celebrated and appreciated in an industry like this.
