Went in to the urgent care clinic. Kiosk inoperable. Then BOTH of the care providers walked out to lunch while I was sitting there waiting. Way to go, providers.

Not very responsive or helpful. Good luck trying to get anyone to answer the phone. I was on hold for 2 hours with no answer.

Don’t use this pharmacy. Slow, and not organized. I called to confirm it was ready, they told me it was, and when I went to pick it up it wasn’t ready. Will not use again.

I had an appointment at the MinuteClinic for today at 10:40 a.m. Got lots of automated reminders and pre-check in requests. Was asked to be there 10 min. early. Followed all instructions. Arrived at 10:30. To my surprise, the clinic appeared closed. There were hardly any employees around (maybe two in the entire store). A sign on one of the doors said the clinic opened at 9:00, but when I checked with one of the employees, she said: \\\"Today is what, Sunday? It probably opens at 11:00.\\\" She didn't know what to say when I told her I had a 10:40 appointment. Waited 15 minutes without speaking to anybody else. I may as well have shown up at midnight. If you can't trust CVS to even staff its operations properly, how can you trust them with any health issue? I would never come back here nor would I recommend it to anyone.

I always receive the best service at this cvs pharmacy. They are very attentive and professional. Especially Dr. Negusse and his pharmacy tech Ebony. Also the pharmacist Dr. Jung is also very helpful and professional. I live in Fairfax Virginia but prefer to come to this pharmacy for my mother's and my medications. Very efficient and expedient filling of the medication.

You find a lot of what you're looking besides medicine, and at affordable prices; especially with deals. They often run out of brands

Had a not so pleasant visit to this location yesterday evening. #1 I've always known for years of visiting this location they are the worst at hanging their sale tags so customers are aware of which item(s) are on sale. So definitely always check before your visit! Secondly, I was picking up some laundry detergent that was on sale (which they did not have tagged but I had already checked Weekly Ad before visit) but had to wait for an employee to come unlock the item. I rang bell twice and no one came but just so happened that an employee walked the aisle I was in and I thought she was there to help me but walked right passed me. I then asked if she could have someone come unlock the item since she said she couldn't because she did not have a key. As we stood there, another employee walked right passed the aisle and she asked could he help us and he said no. She, the same individual that said she couldn't help because she "did not" have a key, actually did have a key the whole time but clearly just did not care to help. Lastly, I proceeded to check out, which I was walking towards the individual behind the register until I saw "Graham" (apologies for misspelling) blowing his nose. I then just walked to self checkout but ended up needing help over there so "Graham" staring walking towards me STILL blowing his nose, fingers deep in nose so I stopped him in his tracks and asked him could he sanitize his hands before helping me. He said "fine" but literally walked away and stand right back behind the register without with sanitizing his hands.

Kaleb is amazing. He helped me through my needle phobia. He took his time and let me go when I was ready.

The location is conveniently located by the Pentagon City metro stop. The employees are scarce. I was able to find what I wanted and used the self check out. There are a few parking garages by the mall and Costco. Metro is my first choice, especially on a weekend.

The pharmacy in CVS on Hayes Street across from Pentagon Row is one of the best pharmacies I've been to. They are friendly, and always greet me with a smile, and seem genuinely interested in me as a person. If I have to drop off a paper script, it never takes more than 15 minutes to get my meds. EVERY TIME!I use this facility for all my vaccines, too. Caleb, one of the pharmacists, always asks about my family, and wishes them well when I leave. I'm so glad I found a pharmacy that both meets my needs and treats me with respect and dignity! In a big city, that's hard to find.

Spent ten minutes trying to pay for a candy bar, the self checkout machine didn’t work, the second self checkout machine didn’t work, the cashier’s system didn’t work, so I left without buying anything. Ridiculous

During my most recent trip to the Washington DC area, I stopped in here a couple of times to purchase water. Each time I bought a couple of 1 liter bottles of water for $2.19 a bottle. Prices were fair at this location, but not the best. It was pretty convenient to pay for my items using one of the self checkout kiosks. It's also really convenient that it's located right next to the Pentagon City Metro Station.
