It's unfortunate this is the most convenient pharmacy for my family to use. They frequently turn off their phones so that they are not interrupted by patient calls. When there is a problem with filling a script they will not look into the cause. Multiple times different pharmacists have promised to do so with no return call or response and when questioned about the status they say there are no notes on file about it. It's a busy location, I get that, but the level of unprofessionalism and lack of interest in patient care is astonishing. If your job is that unbearable, complain to the company, ask for help, unionize, do something to improve your situation so that it doesn't come across to your patients (who are well aware that you don't have time for them and you'd prefer were not there).

Count your pills before you leave.. Having to travel in the cold to complete your prescription because someone miscounted isn’t cool. Mind you, the pills get counted by techs then verified by pharmacist so for it to be missed twice is really upsetting.

Super nice and kind staff!It was 3:20 Am drove 15 minutes to this 24-hour open CVS to get PEDIALYTE Unflavored (Electrolyte Solution) for my baby girl, there was only 1 bottle on the shelf but I needed 4 bottles went to a nice lady, and asked if she had more of them she went to I think a manager then he got me 3 more bottles from the back I forgot their names but they were amazing people.I have been shopping at CVS a lot but I have never seen such nice people as I saw here night shift staff.Thank you so very much for being nice to the customer I appreciate it.I will come to this location every time.Thank you for everything!

The ineptitude of this pharmacy is troubling. I waited over 72 hours for a phone call from a pharmacist that never happened. I get better customer service from McDonald’s. This entire staff at this CVS is a joke and the pharmacists especially are morons!!

Walked in at 18:35, came directly from eye doc appt to pick up eye drops, pharmacist says cannot fill it tonight as they close at 19:00. Given acuity of eye infection, she could not manage to pick up a pre-filled bottle in 25 minutes and give it to me for a serious condition. I went to another pharmacy where it was filled in under 10 minutes. As a fellow healthcare professional I am embarrassed by the first pharmacist’s lack of compassion and pathetic level of skill that she could not make this happen in 25 minutes. Yet another reason to avoid CVS’ given their lackluster stores and drastically higher Rx prices compared to other pharmacies (I write Rx’s all the time & CVS is ALWAYS twice the cost of not more).

The cashier at check-out ( a young lady) was attentive, patient, and most helpful in straightening out a problem I had been having with processing the coupon offers I would receive through text messages, which in the past the system would reject. She was persistent until she got it cleared up.I am most grateful.

I asked if I could use the restroom this is @ 7:30am. They told me to go to 7/11. I went to the 7/11 and they told me to go to CVS. I’m not playing their game. I would’ve bought something from them if they were nice, but they are not.

This location is not 24 hours im here at 5:25 AM and doors are closed and no one is present lights are on though and signs say 24 hours , false advertising

Aren’t actually open 24 hours. They close at Midnight. Maybe they should just post that instead of keeping the 24 hours sign on.

The black dude working on Tuesday overnight was in drugs. He was speaking and acting nonsense. I asked him where was a product and he just started saying NO, drawing the word with his hands and doing some other weird movements. He was very rude and weird

Nice CVS store. Shop assistant Maria was amazing. She helped me with taking my photo and went beyond helping me set up a care pass account to get a discounted price, informed me of this.

Staff are kind and helpful—reprinted my photos until they were just right. Customers are greeted upon entry, and asking for help locating items is never a problem. This location serves a large community, so I appreciate that they have to work hard to maintain this store. Please be patient and polite with cashiers and pharmacists! They’re doing essential work here.

Incredibly disrespectful and rude staff. Not following corporate hours (closing at midnight instead of their mandated 24 hour operating hours) and actively engaging with outside customers. Would highly recommend to AVOID this CVS at all costs
