Shaharia and teshi they both have a great costumer service I got my CVS card today and it was totally helpful , they helped me to get my passport photo even without having their camera working , i felt privileged with their service. Very professional.

I can’t urinate the doctor sent the prescription to cvs pharmacy more than 17 days ago I can’t get the medication they don’t wanna give me the medicine they said we don’t have it and they keep me waiting tell now yesterday when I went to Colombia pick cvs same thing the Ethiopian guy there his name is tg didn’t give it to me and he treated me bad way and finally said I will order it for you I can’t believe that we are in the us unfortunately we are I will stop believing and trust cvs and I will recommend that to my friends and family and I will follow the law against cvs if my case goes worse and I will inform this doctor and all doctors that I will have to see to stop sending my prescription to cvs pharmacy any more in Ghana or Botswana or any African country maybe they will help me better than here I can’t believe in that

This place has horrible customer service. The worst CVs I’ve been to. If you want good costumer service then this is not the place to go on 256 n Glebe road.

Very frustrating -- online coupons don't work in the store? Manager was personable and empathetic but not in a position to help. Failure at a higher level of management.

Very poor customer service at the pharmacy. Both employees were unprofessional and lacked interpersonal skills. At least say hello, good morning, greetings…versus standing there looking dumbfounded.

Someone in this pharmacy is falsifying information and dates. I picked up my prescription from a different location on 5/14. This location showed I picked up that same prescription on 5/18. I challenge the pharmacy to pull up the cameras to see I was never in their store in or around that date. I had my script called in their ONE time and they f'd that up. I My prescriber calls one weeks worth at a time, and she never calls in refills. Due to this false pick up date they show, the other CVS will not fill my new script until Friday 5/24. I have missed 3 doses now and am experiencing withdrawal symptoms. When I called to find out what was going on, the employee that answered told me I owed $ to them and would not investigate or hear what I had to say. She hung up in my face. I will be filing a COMPLAINT and advise anyone to think twice before using this pharmacy.

I am a disabled patient, and I went to the pharmacy today at this location. I saw her name tag was Sarah, a pharmacist at the pharmacy, and she was so lovely and helpful to me in finding medication and suitable tape for my wound. All the pharmacy techs in this pharmacy work hard appreciate the service to me

This review is for the pharmacy, their hours are awful, customer service is nonexistent. All of them are always in a bad mood, but everyone else who doesn’t work at the pharmacy is great. Ended up transferring my prescriptions to another CVS pharmacy just to stop having to interact with anyone from this location.

My review is specifically for the pharmacy. I went to the pharmacy on Sunday at 10:56am. I got in line early trying to avoid a line because they always have a line at this pharmacy. The pharmacy was supposed to open at 11am. At 11am a long line already formed behind me but no one had opened the pharmacy. I was complaining to the person behind me who turned out to be a pharmacist not sure why she didn’t want to open-extremely rude to hear customers complain and not address the issue or identify yourself as a worker (she should have called her coworker and got an ETA). I had to wait until 11:15am for them to even open the pharmacy. The person behind me all of a sudden got up and started helping someone open.. A huge line was behind me of annoyed/angry customers. I’m assuming this is why they always have huge lines here. They don’t open on time and don’t try to address the issue when customers complain.
