Literally consistently the worst wait of my life to get a prescription. It blows my mind they have one person working during peak hours. Every single time.

By far the worst CVS I have ever been too.
I come in after my doctor’s appointment after discovering I have influenza A and I need to pick up two different medications.
The Indian lady that greets me is rude and cannot understand English, then I am told to see the person in the next window. The young guy greets me (long hair, glasses). Says they will be closing soon for lunch (it’s 1:05pm) and that I may need to come back at 2. He’s able to get one of my orders. I ask him why can my he fill the other one? He claims it was sent to another location (not my fault) and that I would need to call the doctor.
Called my doctor and they said that they sent the subscription to the correct location.
I come back into the store and they had closed the pharmacy.
Come back after 2 and they said they need another 15 minutes before it’s ready, they said they would intercom me after it’s ready (no one ever paged). I come back to the counter and it’s a different person helping. He asks for my insurance card (last guy never did) and told me it would be another 10 minutes.
Finally, after 20 minutes they have my medication ready.
CVS please train your employees with proper customer service and communication.

Expect a delay in your purchase of laundry detergent at this location. Thanks to thieves, they lock up the national, more expensive brands. I don't like being inconvenienced like this, so I bought a large bottle of CVS' Total Home. It's actually a good selling strategy for impatient people like me!

We had a bad day today. Do not use this pharmacy. The pharmacist sami yelled at me when I asked him a question about my prescription. This pharmacy is always closed the pharmacists are always rude. They are always understaffed and stressed out. Just avoid this one. Don't go to this one. This is the last time I am going here.

This is our to go Pharmacy. Assad, Tien and Ahmed are all friendly efficient CVS pharmacy employees. Today they answered our questions cheerfully and took care of us quickly. Assad administered our COVID booster without pain. Thank you CVS .

This pharmacy at this CVS is the busiest one I've ever encountered but, despite the high volume, the pharmacists and other staff behind the counter somehow manage to handle all comers with patience, professionalism and good humor. I've always gotten good advice in connection with my prescriptions and fast, courteous, knowledgeable service. And I want to give a special shout out to Ahmed (I hope I'm spelling his name correctly). He's a multi-tasker par excellence and is unfailingly cheerful and helpful. I don't know how y'all do it. You deserve a massive raise!

The store seem to be waiting for a delivery, they were out of many items, additionally 4 to 5 employees were keeping trac of the customers as if everyone was guilty of taking something.

I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. They are extremely well stocked with medications that seem to be out of stock everywhere else. The staff are courteous, helpful and have gone above and beyond to help me or deal with my insurance multiple times (especially Ahmed). They are always willing to fill my medications right away when they can and provide stellar client service! Thank you all so much!

Phenomenal pharmacy, superb staff, and exceptional customer service. I drive 25 minutes out of my way (passing about a dozen other pharmacies) just to come to this one.

The customer service at the pharmacy at this location is literally the worst of any drugstore I've ever been to, I'll be transferring my prescriptions to another location, and would highly recommend anyone considering this location do the same.
