Open 24 hours, much more convenient than other nearby CVS locations. They are better about having my prescriptions ready than other locations but still manage to forget or lose track at times.

Unfortunately the prices have gone up while the prices in other stores have decreased. The blue floss is now 6 dollars and there is not toothpaste cheaper than 8 bucks. Shame!

The CVS staff person who took my passport photo today did a great job! She was very efficient in taking the photo and then did a great job in explaining how to download the digital photo from the CVS site to my phone.

Locked up the toothbrushes and no staff to open up the glass door. Despite hitting the call button no one even bothered to come tell me they were missing the key.

I came in with strep throat and was prescribed Penicillin, which caused a severe allergic reaction—full body hives, swollen lips, the whole nightmare. When I called back to explain what happened and request Amoxicillin (which I’ve safely taken before with zero issues), the nurse was shockingly rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I calmly explained that Amoxicillin has always worked for me and I didn’t want to risk reacting to another medication. Instead of listening or even trying to help, she cut me off and flat-out hung up on me. Who behaves like that in healthcare? Now I’m still sick, in pain, and without proper medication because a nurse didn’t want to do her job. I’ll be reporting this to the Department of Health Professions—this level of carelessness and disrespect is completely unacceptable.

Don’t go to this Minute Clinic and expect to walk in and be seen. I showed up when they opened at 9am on a Sunday and it was dead. The Dr said they don’t do walk-ins. She had no patients and she said I must make an appointment. She then proceeded to walk away and told me to make an appointment.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY
After this experience, I’m never using any CVS pharmacy ever again.
Dropped a prescription off last week. They told me they’d have it next day. A week later, no update. I call and, again, the only option is to leave a voice mail. Last time I did that, they never called me back. Only sent an automated request for more information that had nothing to do with my question. I had to go down there to get an answer (not my perscription. They didn’t have that. Just an answer to help move it along.) Cut to a week later and they STILL don’t have my prescription. They didn’t even send anything saying it would be more than the time they thought. AND I can’t call and ask for an update. I have to go down there AGAIN just to get a new time estimate. I’m canceling this prescription and going to Preston’s.

Darhan using a mask was very UNPROFESSIONAL left me at the register saying u can use the self register then I saw him arguing with an old handicap man . And top of that the product i came to pick up for was Damaged, so Abraham took my ID for policy he said and gave me no alternative to replace for another item ... I'm a cvs rewards and member for more than 8 years ... I'm so disappointed April 26th 3:40pm

Worst CVS Branch(3133Langston).An African-looking guy who served my wife has no manners and respect for clients. It happened today around 8 pm. My wife was just inquiring if there’s a possibility of replacing my son’s medicine because the medicine bottle leaks. He could talk nicely but he didn't. His voice and response was unprofessional.
Hoping CVS should not take into granted this kind of employee’s behavior. We are CVS patrons, CVS should serve its clients with respect and without discrimination!

The negative comments below are so nit true. I go to this CVS all the time. The manager couldn't be nicer. I don't know why someone even wrote this, it's not the case at all.

How are there bad reviews?! This is the best cvs, both for the pharmacy and the general area. The staff is amazing, the app has hundreds of great coupons, and the workers are soooooo sweet and accommodating.
