Overall a pleasant CVS and pharmacy. Sometimes the pharmacy feels a bit disorganized, as I’ve had to come back later for a script their system told me was ready.

Oh ,my gash they hire people but they don’t train people, every time I go to the cvs something I had to kill sometime , but it was not a good idea , girl name Chandarika doesn’t know what to do. Gave her my drivers license then there was chines lady she doesn’t know anything either , this is crazy every time every CVs don’t train there people! Not happy at all!

Incredibly unhelpful to resolve ann issue with a drug they filled incorrectly and does not answer the phone - even when another cvs pharmacy is calling.

Very well organized and staffed CVS store. Always stocked with items easy to find. Customer service is exceptional! Never an issue with scanning an item or at checkout, either by self-checkout or by a customer service representative! (Thank you, Mr. Maji! Tesekkur!) — The one negative issue is the peculiarity of the parking lot: a driver needs to be alert when driving through, as visibility is somewhat limited and the layout a tad precarious.

Very clean and pleasant place to shop. Also, The staff at this CVS is always friendly and helpful. i enjoy coming here for some quick stuff (tooth paste, soap, creams, etc.) they are slightly pricier, but you cannot beat the convenience of this cvs store!

Have called the pharmacy multiple times and am hung up on each time. I cannot switch my prescription to this store without speaking to the pharmacy—beyond frustrating.

I originally went to submit this review to CVS management (which I'll still do) but first googled to get the location address. To my surprise, there were several bad reviews given. This CVS is fantastic! It's definitely my favorite in terms of the pharmacists, cashiers, managers and all other staff. The selection of products is also the best compared to other nearby locations. I will go out of my way to visit this CVS versus others in the area given the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Kudos to the team!

The pharmacist is incompetent. Each time there is an issue with the prescription, SHE keeps telling me that the insurance needs this and doctor's office needs to do that. I call the doctor's office and they tell me that the pharmacists has no clue but they call and voila, I have my prescription in no time. Since it happens a lot, she must not know at all what she is doing. She is very offensive probably because she gets a lot of complaints. Then learn?

I booked a vaccination appointment for flu and COVID-19 booster immunization, and provided all my insurance details at the time of booking. When I checked in, the (clearly overworked and rather angry) pharmacist told me that the COVID-19 vaccine is not covered by my insurance plan. I called my insurance company in her presence, and when I asked for the fax number for confirmation of coverage to be faxed to, I was summarily told (while getting my flu shot) that the fax number was not handy. I've lived in the neighborhood for over 6 years, and most other pharmacists are very helpful. The store appears under new management. and while the manager gave me a patient ear, I am now ready to walk away from this neighborhood store for good. They don't care about patients and customers. The new pharmacist is simply unprofessional.
