Jeff, the manager on duty, was patient and helpful in sorting out a photo printing issue (caused by a third-party app). It could have been a frustrating experience for everyone, but his customer service was excellent. We will happily shop at this CVS again.

Friendly, customer-focused, and knowledgeable pharmacists and staff. Almost always have my Rx ready when they say they will. And very helpful with drug interaction information. Very happy with this pharmacy, and the larger CVS that hosts it.

Head pharmacist refuses to fill scripts she doesn't agree with, I've filed a complaint with the pharmacy board. Go elsewhere.

I scheduled a flu shot and was told to get in an hour long line. What was the point of scheduling an appointment if the time slot means nothing? Be upfront with customers and honor commitments or don’t make them.

Slow to fill prescriptions. Staff at drop-off counter was very abrasive (or maybe stressed out?) initially, which was confusing. Pharmacist was not well-versed in available OVC products, indicating that there were no anti-itch products available when there were more than 3 different products sold at this location.

Poorly-run Pharmacy - avoid it if you can. Poor management of inventory which results in major delays in basic prescription refills. Has happened to me too many times, so I am not going back...too many other/better options.

Prescriptions are seldom ready when they say they will be. Usually they mess up, have the wrong prescription ready and not the ones they said would be ready. They take too long to fill the prescriptions when you wait in the store. The store is below average regarding service compared to other CVS stores. But the larger problem is that CVS has a stranglehold on this business--they provide mediocre service and don't lose clients because we have few pharmacy options in the neighborhood. This needs to change.
