Noncommunicative staff who seem to be more interested in listening to music on their headphones and engaging in idle chitchat with female customers than helping people in line waiting to be served. I hate coming to this CVS—it’s like going to the DMV

Their customer service is not what you expect and mainly what it should be !!
Need improvement before customers change to other competitors !
If they would work on 100% commission their attitudes would be different !

I generally never have any issues since often times I'll just use self checkout and not interact with the staff. However today I came in to make a return and the cashier immediately said that the item I was returning was not eligible. I told her that according to my emailed receipt that it is and I had 60 days to return it. She kept insisting that it wasnt. She relented then asked to see the receipt which I showed her. She said that she can't process the return without a barcode which the emailed receipt doesn't have. The manager comes over and quickly processed the return, all she needed was my credit card. The cashier apologized however I was already taken a back by her bold rudeness. The cashier needs to be retrained, she wasn't aware of how to process a simple return, she also wasn't aware of her employer's return policy or how emailed reciepts work. Please do better and be more polite to your customers.

I've been coming here for the convenience, as it's near my office and the auto-refill process is pretty easy. I'm really disappointed today, because I had three items to purchase (with the barcode face up) along with my prescription, and the manager (Alex) who was ringing me up told me they were too busy, and I'd have to purchase my items downstairs at the main checkout. I pushed back, noting that we're all busy, there was nobody in line, and that the time wasted telling me this, his scanner could have easily rang up the three items and I would have been on my way. He begrudgingly rang up the other three items, but c'mon why make things hard. I do realize that maybe I made things hard by not going back downstairs to wait for the resisters, but I'm really tired of having to take extra steps as a paying customer, and you'll see my reviews tend to lean on the positive side when customer service is good..

I barely reach there after my last lecture ends and there was only 10 minutes left to the closing time which by the end of my shopping I was already in need of assistance in the cashier, I got the help I needed, the shop has variety of products. I am so satisfied with the staff, products, assistance and the location which was a pleasure for me to stop by and shop after a long day where all other central shops were closing down.

Rude pharmacists. Waited for 30 mins to pick up and they missed one of my medication. The head pharmacist insisted that that's all they received. He came back and said his staff missed one of my medication and asked me to wait for another 30 minutes AT LEAST. When I reiterated 30 mins? He said yeah AT LEAST, look how busy we are! No apologies for their mistake and being so defensive instead. So rude.

Poor customer service. They tried to refuse to take me even though I got there before closing hours. No way to treat customers especially those that aren’t feeling well and just need their medication.

I'm not very knowledgeable about insurance, but I came here twice to fill medication and they never asked for my insurance card, so I overpaid big on what is supposed to be a cheap prescription... Live and learn!

Pharmacist manager is rude and doesn't know OTC medicine laws that all other pharmacies in the area abide by. Terrible service. Try a Walgreens

I drive an extra 8 miles to use this pharmacy (past the 4 CVS in my neighborhood). What does that tell you?Discreet, courteous, friendly, and professional CVS employees.
