Poor customer service. They tried to refuse to take me even though I got there before closing hours. No way to treat customers especially those that aren’t feeling well and just need their medication.

I'm not very knowledgeable about insurance, but I came here twice to fill medication and they never asked for my insurance card, so I overpaid big on what is supposed to be a cheap prescription... Live and learn!

Pharmacist manager is rude and doesn't know OTC medicine laws that all other pharmacies in the area abide by. Terrible service. Try a Walgreens

Can't understand why the pharmacy staff is so lacking simple courtesies. I was made to run around between my clinic and the CVS pharmacy for what clearly looks like a clerical issue on CVS' part, and moreover later refused to explain what the issue was in fact saying to me that there was never any issue to begin with. It is a shame because the rest of the CVS staff is so warm and kind.

They don’t answer the phone. 20 minutes is an unreasonable amount of time to wait. I gave up after 20 minutes.

Appointment given for Covid vaccination but the vaccine wasn't available. They said they will call back, but didn't. I called but was put on hold for over 10 mins.

I used to hate the hassle of going to the local pharmacy. Over the years, it's gotten a lot better. Alex is an extraordinary, caring pharmacist, which makes all the difference. I went to CVS to redeem a 3 for $9 deal on Coca-Cola 12-packs that I received by email today from CVS and sent to my ExtraCare card. I was charged $13.99 which means I was overcharged $4.99, but instead of just refunding my $4.99, I was given a hassle. The cashier did not speak good English or seem to understand simple math. She called over another worker who did not help. I showed them the deal that CVS sent to my email today, but they made me produce my driver's license (which I did) and gave me a coupon for $6 Extrabucks instead of refunding me $4.99. This store needs to do better.

We've used this pharmacy several times since we live close. Here's the list of issues we've had in 3 different visits: 1. Doctor had called in a prescription at 1:00 PM and at 7:00 PM prescription had not yet been filled yet. After inquiring they said they would work on it. Came back at 7:30 PM and it still had not been filled. The prescription was for a small bottle of steroid (staff literally needed to grab the container and place in bag. 2. When collecting prescription, pharmacist brought the wrong medication and only noticed it when we noted a different name on the sticker. 3. On several occasions the Pharmacy sent out texts offering refills of non-prescribed refills. 4. After making a mistake, pharmacist excused themselves that they were tired after 8 hours of the shift (mind you this is a person responsible for medication) 5. Issues with insurance. We are no longer using this pharmacy due to the lack of professionalism and attention to detail for that we expect as a minimum for a pharmacy.

I've had too many issues with the pharmacy here. They never answer the phone (as every other review mentions). I told the manager, Alex, this and she didn't sound like she cared or would look into it. The pharmacy tries to sign you up for auto-refill on prescriptions. They will ask you if you want auto-refill, and when you say "no," the document that you sign on the electronic pad to receive your prescription actually says "this will enroll you in auto-refill." It's a big scam. Just today I had an appt at the pharmacy for vaccinations. They were running late but lied to me and said they weren't? They literally told me they would be ready for me 10 minutes after my appt time, but "we aren't running late." I'm like... listen. I don't mind a few extra minutes but you can't just lie to me and say that late isn't late. A couple of the employees got really defensive about this. Jesus they suck at customer service. I'll give 2 stars because I haven't had issues with the rest of the store.
