Great job from Wilson and the best pricing I found in the area for a hand wash. They take pride in their work. I went for a basic wash, which includes an interior vacuum and exterior wash. It left my ride shining and clean. If you love to keep car paint starch-free, Wilson is the man.

I took my car in for a hand car wash, and my car hasn't been this clean since I bought it. It was a great price for a really great job - well worth the money!! I will definitely be taking my car back here.

The place is awesome and the work they did for my WRX was hand car wash and vacuum, the car looks like brand new. Can't wait to try their service with added waxing. Highly recommend this place if anyone wants hand car wash. Please call and make reservations before you guys go in.

Poor customer service. I emailed this place to schedule an appointment. They responded and said they take walk-ins on Saturdays and will take the last car at 12pm. He said as long as I come by 12pm, I will be serviced. I agreed. I arrived the general area at 1145a. I could not find the specific business’ location because it is poorly marked and in an area with car shops stacked on top of one another and cars lined on all sides.I tried to call the establishment to find which building was theirs and it went to voicemail. I called again and it kept going straight to voicemail. I waited a few minutes and sent an email, then called again at 1152a. Someone finally answered and I asked which building was theirs because I could not find the exact location.The guy said I would not be serviced because they take the last car at 12pm and they close at 2pm. I responded to say it isn’t 12pm, it’s 1152a and he said “technically” that means 12pm. I disagreed and said that technically 12pm is 12pm and it is not 12pm. Although it is close to 12pm, I was told that if I brought my car BY 12pm, I would be serviced.He said because they consider 1152am to be 12pm, I did not arrive by 12pm. To tell me you will service my car as long I arrive by 12pm and I arrive before that time no matter how close, but you won’t service me is poor customer service. If you tell me to come BY 12pm and you count my arrival time as 12pm, TECHNICALLY I would still receive service because I arrived BY the time you stated. All in all this is very poor customer service.I won’t return and I do not recommend this business. You get the service you pay for and their prices are pretty low, which is in line with their customer service.

This place is a hidden gem, found it on google and I’m so glad I did. I’m super excited to get my car washed, the service was excellent and I got a regular car wash but it felt like I got my car detailed.

Oh my goodness, Wilson and his team are amazing!!! I basically live out of my car, and the only other detail I’d had before this was probably 6 or 7 years ago. So they had their work cut out for them! I found Wilson in a moment of desperation after spilling an entire cappuccino on the carpet, and he scheduled my appointment super quickly. I left the car overnight with him and when I picked it up today, I was completely thrilled. The interior is just like new now. It’s honestly breathtaking! I’d also requested an interior only detail, because my car needs some body work, but it has also been cleaned and tire shined. I’m thrilled with my experience at Detail Art, Inc. and will absolutely be back for any detail work I need on my vehicles. ??
