Tina and Amy helped me out so much. Honestly, pretty much everyone working tonight helped me find an outfit for a wedding this weekend. Kind of the best shopping experience I’ve ever had!!!

I had a really bad experience. The guy (African American) at the store wouldn’t let us touch any clothes and kept following us with angry eyes, as if he wanted to attack us. When we told him we could help ourselves, he kept insisting, “What size do you want?” With bad tone. We didn’t feel comfortable shopping today. I’ll never come back to this store. And the employees kissing each other too 😂, what a professional environment!

While I found what I was looking for and was excited to try it on, the customer service at this location was disappointing. I had to walk around the cashier area to get help to open the fitting room. There were three people behind the cashier area, primarily focused on their phones and computers, and only one employee at the other register, who had a long line of customers waiting. The others didn’t bother to help. The employee at the register acknowledged me and said he would be with me shortly, but the others continued to stand idle. After waiting for 15 minutes without any assistance, I decided to leave without making a purchase. I am very disappointed in the employees and will be surprised if that nice employee remains employed. I wish I had taken a pic!

Excellent customer service by Brady! He was solo in the store and was somehow helping three of us at once without skipping a beat. He was helpful and fun to talk to. Express also has great deals right now, I can’t believe I bought a date night shirt for $4.97 on the last call sale rack.

Today is June 26, 2024. I went to buy a white jacket and a white shirt. The cashier has the worse attitude in the word. No smiling no explanation no talking no small chatting. I asked him if these things are buy one and get another one 50% off, he said no, and then he just look at me into my eyes and say no more words. No more explaining and helping. I received bag from his hand and said thank you. He didn’t say a word and just walk away…. Leave me wonder what is going on? But the other guy in the store helping put closing back on shelves were much much better. He asked me if I need help and he said my earring looks good like designer pieces. I don’t know what happened to the cashier, I hope he could have better day tomorrow.😕 I got cute closeting I like but I “served “ the worst in my whole life shopping experience.

Just made a return in store and the female behind the counter was rude and acted like it was a bother to wait on me. I couldn’t understand her as she mumbled and pointed go to that register.

Just went to this store last night and it was good. They had the coolest printed t-shirts and some really nice shirts too. Ended up getting some for myself and my brother. And the best part? They had some awesome discount deals going on. Such a great collection at such good prices! Can't wait to rock my new outfits! ?? #ShoppingSpree #NewClothes #AmazingDeals

Brady and Ashleigh made my shopping experience one to remember! I entered looking for pieces for my birthday outfit. Brady went above and beyond to make sure I found the right items! Once at the register, Ashleigh was so attentive and kind! This is now my favorite Express. 10/10 would recommend.

One of the larger men’s department sections. There was a big sale going on and to my surprise the store was kept well organized and neat. The reason for deducting a star was because the associate was curt and brief. There wasn’t an opportunity to converse or ask questions about garments being available in different sizes online. Additionally there were multiple items in the sale section that were incorrectly labeled, associates did not honor the price. Ultimately I’ve found that the labeling can be misleading in this store location.

One of my favorite local express locations! Not only is the store well-kept & organized, the staff regularly go above and beyond. One of the managers in particular, I think his name is Arturo(?)… gives personal-stylist-level assistance. I typically hate shopping but he has made it so much easier with his help and recommendations. I have him to thank for my brand new wardrobe!

I never write reviews but I went to pentagon express last week and had such an amazing experience I felt like I needed to! I had to return a few items for different sizes and the team helped me find the pants and size I was looking for, even scouring the back for them. I didn’t plan on shopping more after my return but there were such great sales and the manager hyped me up for everything I tried on, I ended up leaving with so many fab items!!! 10/10 recommend :)

We received poor customer service. They were rude, when we asked for assistance they said they did not understand the sign, even when I stated loudly that yes, we needed assistance. This led us to refrain from making any purchases as a result!
