They deserve 0 stars!!!My husband and I were recommended this shop by a friend for us to get our oil change and any work we may need on our vehicles. We had purchased our own oil & filter, we were just looking for someone to do the labor. My husband went there on a Monday evening 30 minutes before closing to have the oil changed completed. The oil change was not do correctly and in fact the mechanic due to his laziness and inattentiveness overfilled the engine oil so much that it will cause irreplaceable damage to our new Toyota Avalon Hybrid motor if we do not get the extra oil out. In addition to completely overfilling the oil, the mechanic did not drain all of the old oil out, so the new oil is still contaminated with the old oil. Also, the mechanic was careless about the interior of the car and protecting it in any way. The steering wheel, door handle, gear shifter were all covered in oil as well as oil finger prints on the white hood of the car. We have spent 2 days with the car being immobile due to the over flow and trying to figure out how to get the extra oil out of the car without spending to much more money and without causing damage to the car.I WILL ABSOLUTELY NOT EVER RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE!! HORRIBLE. CARELESS. DISRESPECTFUL.

I am absolutely pleased with the fast service I received! The mechanics are very professional and the overall customer service is just excellent. The cashiers will always greet you with kindness at this gas station! I highly recommend going to this station!

Beware, this guys will make you wait in line but as soon someone they know coming in to the shop they will let them cut in the line. Not professional at all. We all have busy schedule and they shouldn’t let their friends cut in the line. when I asked Mr. Muhammad Haroon why he let this person go before me and others 3 cars he didn’t have and explanation for it and got aggressive. I talked to the assistant manager on duty and he apologize but I was very disappointed since I been taking my car here for couple of years.

Treat them like family and you’ll be treated and taken care of like family. I had my civic repaired here for power steering and vas system issues. They were quick and fixed it like new!!! Even gave me a discount. Very pleased with their service.

I went there for my car, but they didn't do anything or replace any parts. They took the money, but my car is still not fixed. All the mechanics in this shop are like a thief. They are just thinking about how they can charge you.

Please don't go to this place. These guys are disrespectful, dishonest, and they just want to take your money and waste your time. I am not recommending it to anyone. I went there and had a bad experience.

I love this gas station. They have every possible thing I could need quickly. Their car service department is also awesome. Staff is great and friendly. Definitely recommend checking it out!

One star more than what this establishment deserves. Inspection/shop personnel have a terrible attitude, are disrespectful, dismissive, and lazy. Get your gas and move on.

Came here on the last day of the month for a safety and emissions inspection for both mine and my wife's car. There was a bit of a line (to be expected for us waiting until the last minute). Techs were nice and quick. Very satisfied. Much better than the Shell down the street closer to Shirlington -- that place is very poorly run.

Hey I’ve been working in Virginia for 2 days usually take a morning walk every where just to see the view of Virginia, so I go to purchase something at this store today don’t want to get nobody in trouble or myself but someone came to me and said that the owner of the store was discriminating me saying “keep an eye on me”, which 1. I have a clean record 2. Never came to Virginia to cause harm to nobody 3.I’m only down here for 2 weeks and another store is an 30 min walk from my hotel.. I mean I just felt horrible, I’m only 18 working hard 12-24 hour shifts daily and when I do be home in North Carolina I go to work at McDonald’s, moral of the story don’t judge a book by its cover!!
