Looked up this location to see the hours and was surprised about the âreviewsâ. Used this location once for pickup and a few times to drop off, as I did today. Had printed the label at home. Quick, easy and convenient location.

Probably one of the worst and weirdest customer service experiences I've had in ages. Just wanted to return something and the two employees were not in the mood to troubleshoot anything. Their system wasn't able to recognize the code I had created through their FedEx website. At first they told me they couldn't do anything and walked away. Then they said they could try the number code on the label. Not sure if they just entered it wrong or the system wasn't working again but it didn't work and once that happened they said "it's not working" and walked away without any sort of guidance or info on what I should do next. I was so confused because they didn't say anything else. Just walked away without any "sorry" or "here, try this." It was such a weird interaction and after trying to figure out a solution on my own for a few minutes I had to just walk out because they went behind the counter and did other things while I stood there confused.

Actually, a pretty convenient drop-off spot! Not as scary as mentioned in the reviews lol
The staff at Walgreens are nice. Theyâll scan the barcode, then you need to enter your phone number, and that's it. Be sure to pack the package before going there

I couldnât even make a quick drop. Their cabinet is locked \\u0026 after being asked to wait, I was told to get in line with others for the cashier. I left \\u0026 will go elsewhere. Poor design!

This is not a fedex full drop off. You have to pack and print your own labels and stick them and get the package ready before handing to this store. They have printers but they willNEVER print the labels for you even if you agree to pay. The manager of this store is highly rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. He will see you holding a full blown package in your arms and will still ignore you nor show any urgency. You will have to ask for him, and if you wave at him he will still ignore you. Pathetic service. Never do fedex drop here. Just avoid this place
