I recently visited this FedEx store and encountered extremely poor customer service. From the moment I walked in, the customer service agent's behavior was unprofessional and childish. Despite providing all necessary information to track my package, including my ID and tracking number, the agent was uncooperative.
After taking my driver's license, he intentionally picked it up and threw it three times. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects a lack of respect for customers. I have never experienced such low-quality service at any other establishment. I hope FedEx addresses this issue to prevent future occurrences.

I was in a bind back in November to print all my wedding materials last minute. Oscar and team were so understanding given my situation and tackled the task of printing all my paper items within a 24 hr window. Menus, posters, table cards, etc…. They handled all this with ease and grace. Highly recommend working with them for any event materials, mine turned out great!

This afternoon I came into this location and two gentlemen were incredibly kind and accommodating. Their names are Ramone and Michael. I was treated with respect and class. This is my second time here and I will be back again!

Don’t use this location for printing. Send these in for an event for the weekend and were printed and cut TERRIBLY. Thankfully got my money back

Great location in Arlington Virginia the staff are very courteous and helpful. The place is well maintained and well equipped to handle and serve the clients professionally.
Our special thanks to Oscar the Mgr in charge and his team member Michael who were instrumental in forwarding our gift to a close family member during very busy Holidays time.

Love this location! Oscar and Michael were both so helpful and patient with me in the process of printing a poster for my wall. I’ll be returning for all my printing needs and hope they will be there when I do!

I had a good experience at this store with really helpful/kind customer service. Nothing to complain about from my experience. There are a couple of fifteen minute parking spaces about a half block away on Fairfax blvd.

The only reason I give this store a 5 star review is because of a employee by the name of Benette. For the past year, I've worked with him on all my company projects, his customer service exceeds any expectations you may set . Very courteous, professional and hard working !

I typically have an ok experience here but this afternoon, I met the RUDEST, NASTIEST customer service person ever. I was still shaking after the interaction. He constantly interrupted me, yelled at me, rolled his eye at me, and then told me to just leave. All because I tried to ask a question about my package. I can’t believe FedEx would hire someone like that to be at the counter.An example of the nastiness - and this is just a small snippet of the horrible interaction. I asked him when the package will be picked up from this location and he said “I DONT PICK IT UP, THE DRIVERS PICK IT UP.” What? This is how you talk to people?I have always been respectful of customer service people and very rarely have an unpleasant experience. When I do, I am usually understanding - it’s usually because the place is crowded. But this - this really was something else. I have never felt so disrespected and insulted by a stranger before. FedEx, please do better.2 stars only because I wanted to be fair to the other workers I’ve interacted with, who have all been excellent.
