I was interested in one of their vehicles, and they set up an appointment for me to come in.And even had me fill out a financing application ahead of time. When I arrived, they acted like they had no idea.I was coming and then told me that the vehicle wasn't ready because they were waiting for a part. Their incompetence wasted 4 hours of my weekend sitting in traffic for nothing. I wouldn't go back there if they gave me the car for free.

I shopped around at multiple car dealerships (for weeks) and the third test drive was the charm. First Class Auto made the purchase hassle free, they were not pushy, provided CarFax for free, and was happy to provide documentation so I could set-up a payment plan through my credit union.
When I noticed a small issue on my test drive they offered to take a look without hesitation.
