I have been staying here for the last 7 months and have become very friendly with the staff. Myra is very sweet and always has a smile on her face. I love that they are painting walls and cleaning carpets so the place stays looking nice.They also keep the place smell great. You would never know that there are many pets in the building from how great it smells and look.

Garfield Park has been a great place to live. I’ve been living here over a year and been very satisfied as a resident. Great location, amenities, and maintenance/leasing and office staff. Overall, apartment is nice and the building is well maintained and kept. Definitely would recommend living here.

I came in for a tour and Myra was beyond helpful! She answered all of our questions in a very professional and amicable manner. We’re still weighing out our options but Garfield Park is definitely high on our list.

Garfield Park has been our first home in the US.The building is ideally located. Every morning, we can hear birds singing. All urban conveniences, such as stores, transport, and restaurants, are within walking distance. The floor plan of our apartment is one of the best we have ever seen.The leasing office staff - Myra, Nolan, and Roxana - helped us adapt to our new environment. This is not only about the building, but about the new country as well. Thank you, guys!We would also like to thank the maintenance team. Whenever anything needed fixing, Carlos, Luther, and Robert were there right away.

We moved just three months ago and we are very glad we made this choice. The location is excellent, the neighborhood is vibrant and the staff at Garfield Park is simply the best. Special thanks to Myra, Norlan and Roxana who are always super helpful.

Moving can be such a stressful period but Myra went over and above to make sure I was well taken care of. It’s refreshing to come across someone like Myra who is attentive, empathetic and took the time to listen to my needs. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her.

Came in to tour but they didn’t have any home available however, Myra was so helpful with and letting me understand how the online availability works. I am hoping to be moved in by December.

Great place to live! The apartment and amenities are great, and the location could not be better. The biggest highlight is the staff! Myra, Roxana and Norlan in the front office are so kind, and they are always very prompt in addressing any apartment concerns. Additionally, Carlos and Luther are great in fixing anything on the apartment, and very quick in handling all maintenance requests. Overall, I highly recommend living here!

We have loved living at Garfield Park! It is in a fantastic location in Clarendon, spacious, and the management team (Norlan, Myra, and Roxana) and maintenance team are fantastic and incredibly responsive. Our dog even loves going in to their office for a treat and to say hello on a regular basis

Moved in last month and have had a great experience with the team at Garfield Park. The front office is very friendly and responsive. Maintenance has also been very responsive with a few minor issues and even proactive about preventing issues from occurring such as checking the A/C system. Only negative is that the street noise can be a bit loud from the main street at night but not sure if it's just the windows or our location in the building facing it.

I have lived at Garfield Park for 2+ years, and recently re-signed a lease. The location is very convenient, while being just far enough away from the hub-bub of central Clarendon.Honestly, it's the management team of Norlan, Myra, and Roxana + the maintenance staff of Carlos, Luther, and the newest hire, Robert, that set Garfield apart from other buildings. They quickly address any issues that I have, and always with a warm smile. Kettler is lucky to have them, and so are the residents!If you're checking Google reviews, because you're considering moving here, don't hesitate. It's a wonderful place to live.

I have lived at Garfield for 1.5 years and we really love it here! The location and amenities are great and its a good value for the area. Mayra, Norlan and Roxanne are also awesome and super helpful!

This building deserves more than 5 stars. I love living here it has been the best decision in my life. Besides their convenient location i enjoy the community room, the business center and the courteous and efficient staff in the office and maintenance.

Been in the building for 1.5 years and this building and leasing team is one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of leasing from! Shout out to Myra, Roxana, and Norlan - who I am especially thankful to have gotten to know, who are always willing to help with anything they can, and especially for all the dog treats every time we come by :)
