I’ve been shopping at Gossip for at least 11 years, since it was in crystal city. I keep coming back because they have on trend pieces at reasonable prices as well as classics.
Katherine loves to, and is great at, helping you put together outfits that are suited to your style and shape.

The inventory is nice, cool, and different. Always find lovely items. My favorite is a denim jacket that has been my staple for a while now. So versatile.

Cute but won’t even take returns for in-store credit or exchanges if 14 days have passed. That’s just not enough time. Pretty disappointing customer service.

Accused my family of shoplift after spending $40 dollar to support a small business. Probably because we are Persian. So disgusting the owner called and accused and had a worker instead call next day to apologize. Took the time to fold my clothes and put them back which is why they thought I stole.

I really love this store and I always stop in when I am at Ballston Common. They have such a nice, eclectic mix of styles. The only problem for me is that they don't carry my favorite colors. Yes, they have black and white, but I also like cobalt blue; deep purple; emerald green; and blue-reds. I did buy something, but not in my colors.

My fiancee and I stopped in and came away with multiple combinations, all unique. The owner and her staff were attentive and full of great suggestions. Selection is great and prices are also very reasonable.
