Updated Review:
My first hair cut was perfect and would give a 5 star.
So I returned for second hair cut 2 months later. It was extremely bad experience. The hair dresser was different this time. She just cut my hair without any details provided. Also, she did not listen to me. It was extremely bad hair cut with no consistency. She did not even taper/shade the sides despite my repetitive requests.
To summarize, a lot matters on who is your hair dresser and not just the store.

Inconsistent experience. I have been to this location more than a few times. If Kevin/Tom cuts your hair, it’s mostly ok but others can be rude and unprofessional. Also, they don’t have a monitor showing where you rank on the waiting queue like other Great Clips have. I have seen customers argue as it seems they don’t always follow the queue and you can be there waiting for quite a while if they feel like it. Sorry to say but no longer recommend

Very disappointing experience. The stylist appeared disinterested and rushed through the service. I received a poorly done haircut and only a partial beard trim—my moustache wasn’t trimmed at all. I regret choosing this location and now understand why it has a low rating.

Never go to this place. They mess your hair up. First of all, they’re always in a hurry and want to get rid of the customers as fast as possible. I showed them some pictures of how I want my hair to be. My hair wasn’t even close to what was shown in the pictures.

Asked for 2-3 inches cut and layers. She trimmed maybe 1 inch and was done in 10 minutes includes the shampoo. Looks the same as when I started. Asked about the layers and she said they’re there. But they’re not as she didn’t even cut the front of my hair!

I had to make this review today after seeing Najat for the 5th or so time. I can not explain how grateful I am to have found Najat! I’ve had many hair cutters and she has by far the most personable and skilled I’ve ever met. She does a great job listening to the style I’m looking for and we’ve truly connected where I feel dependent on her to look great. I’m never switching, and I hope the business treats her well because she’s a VALUABLE asset!!!
