Avoid renting from Hertz at all costs, and specifically this location. They will fraudulently charge you for extra days when the car was returned on time and will then make the whole process of disputing this a circus. Fraudulent behavior and lack of responsibility is not a great business model.

Booked a rental car online with Hertz and get to hotel only to be told my rental car isn't available and I needed a 7 passenger vehicle....not cool at all as this was for business

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. They are short staffed and extremely rude. You can’t get in touch with property then when they finally decide the answer the only employee there is rude as hell! You can’t even find this location because they fail to tell you it’s at the bottom of a hotel. I hated EVERYTHING about my experience. I gave my rental back 3 weeks ago and was over charged due to negligence of THIS location. Everyone needs to be fired. If you can get a rental from anywhere else I strongly recommend it

Rented a car on 3/25. I can’t remember the name or names of the young men that helped but they were so courteous and understanding. I called a few times that day to confirm my reservation as my dealership set it up and each time they answered quickly and were helpful/ kind. They made the process a breeze, despite it being an otherwise stressful day.

Just called and asked for a manager. The employee TIFFANY had a HORRIBLE attitude and hung up the phone. This branch is a waste of time and trash - take your time and money elsewhere.

As a member of Hertz Presidents Circle, all I can say is….Avoid.
Will take a booking and have no cars. They will leave you stranded or offer a car at DCA 2x the original cost. Jullian, the so called manager, was as much use chocolate fire guard. Would be better with a cardboard cutout…
Before hertz replies and asked to “reach out”.. I already have.
Go with SIXT at DCA, much better service.
Hertz USA is absolutely shocking

I have a rental in progress and I have a flat tire. I put on the spare, but have called this location several times and other locations to arrange an exchange of my vehicle. Can someone contact me before I put myself at risk to drive around and find a replacement vehicle at the various Hertz locations in NoVA?

Here for a reservation for pick up and have been waiting for 30+ minutes with no agent in site. Zero help from hertz in the matter. Do not I repeat do not book at this location. You will not get service, you will not get your car. Marriott is not blameless either they should be ashamed about having this company at their location with the lack of professionalism that they claim to have.

Only 1 guy manning the counter and collecting the car from the garage downstairs.
A bit of a wait on a Mon late morning, but despite being understaffed, his service was fast and prompt when attending to me. No issue with the reservation and car collection.
