Very disappointed -- after being told that they would handle dispatching a car to pick me up, when the time came no one answered the phone. When I finally paid a Lyft to go there, the woman was nice but the system asked me to sign documents saying that I had received and agreed with the terms and conditions but I couldn't see them until I signed. This may have been due to the process being paid by my insurance company, but still inappropriate as they noted my credit card and it was my signature. And when I got the car, it was filthy on the outside, she just handed me the keys and left. I'm used to rental cars looking good when I pick them up, to jointly inspecting them to make sure there is no damage, etc.That said the car runs well, seems clean on the inside, and otherwise ok. But the whole thing just seemed much less professional and less good customer service than I am accustomed to from rental car companies.

Best customer service experience I've had with Hertz in a LONG time! Alexis and Julian were profesional, quick, helpful, and pleasant! MUCH APPRECIATED and better than what I've come to expect from Hertz.

I had the best customer service experience from Matias O. With help renting a Tesla. He went above and beyond with making sure the car renting process was easygoing. I highly recommend working with Matias when visiting Hertz.

I very satisfied with my rental.Strong recommend this location. Hours M-F 8-5pSat 9-12pLocation super convenient, Cystel City metro station and walk through the tunnel to Marriott Hotel. Hertz counter service just nearby the entrance. Very easy to find. And staffs are always there.Customer service representative; Rolando and Julian are very knowledgeable and extremely professional, also helpful and friendly.Car is clean and sanitized inside, but they don’t have car wash stations. I don’t mind outside.I booked my reservation via Expedia with mysterious car. They got me very nice car.I wish I rented it more day.Return the car was so fast and easy. I gave them another 2 thumbs up. I arrived at the counter service before 8am, staff was already there. So I can catch the early train.

In April 2023, I had a reservation, with a confirmation number and when I showed up, the man at the front desk “Vinny” said there is no car and he’s add me on a waitlist. These people are 100% crooks! How do you give someone a confirmation number and don’t give them a car.

The phone has been busy literally for the last 2 days. I had a reservation setup thru Uber and I been trying to call for the last 2 days to see what is the full amount I will need before I arrive. Like literally for 2 days throughout business hours it was a busy signal ??♂️?

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Had a reservation only to arrive and they have no cars. Customer service took forever to get to a human and when I finally did they said there were no cars available within a 45 minute radius. I understand overbooking but this is absurd. Btw it was an hour before close so naturally finding another rental agency to accommodate me before closing was very difficult. Will NOT be using Hertz ever again and recommending my colleagues do the same

"Hertz Rent a Car [Cars Not Guaranteed]"Like many other people, I showed up here with a reservation to find that they had no cars. None. They claimed to have called and told me this at 8:05, when my reservation was at 8:00, and when I showed up at 8:10. When asked, the guy at the counter claimed I could wait around in the lobby "for a few hours" to see if any cars showed up. Apparently, this place runs like a Vegas casino - you're gambling to see if they'll even bother honoring your reservation.There are other car rental places within walking/Uber distance that are the same price but have cars. Go there instead.

Lucas was great! He was very polite and patient when I went to pick up the car, explained everything including after hours drop off. Escorted me through the hotel to the car (which was a new model Hyundai Venue) and bid me safe travels. Kiosk is located in Marriot lobby, and had no wait on a Saturday. Quick and easy, and Lucas clearly trying his best to provide good service. I understand your mileage may vary, but give them a shot and don’t be automatically turned off by reviews.

Called me an hour before pickup to say they had no cars. This was a prepaid rental. Now it’s my problem to find a new rental. Pathetic.

Scam place. I rented a car online and paid in full 5 days ago. But I went to get the car, but I couldn't get it. Because cars are in high demand on holidays. He said you don't have a car. I still haven't received my money back. However, the price of the car was raised on the Internet website. I suffered a lot of emotional damage at the time. Many planned work plans were canceled. They don't care about hurting you. And your money will not be returned. Don't rent a car.

I had a new employee that needed a rental car while he waits for his vehicle to be shipped from overseas. Luca was extremely helpful and patient with this gentleman through out the process.
