The House of Vape is a popular vape shop in the area, known for its exceptional customer service and extensive product selection. The Annandale location is described as "spectacular," with the staff, particularly Jonathan, being praised for their deep knowledge of the products. The Arlington location, although smaller, is also well-stocked and convenient for customers. Customers consistently highlight the friendly and respectful staff, as well as the great prices at the House of Vape. The shop is regarded as the best in the area, with one customer stating they don't go anywhere else. The staff is known for their expertise and willingness to provide recommendations. While the shop generally receives positive reviews, one customer had a disappointment when trying to exchange a defective vape. Despite the friendly cashier and the customer's regular patronage, the exchange was not honored, and the customer had to re-purchase the item with a 10% discount. Overall, the House of Vape is highly recommended for its quality products, knowledgeable staff, and generally excellent customer service.
