ZERO stars. My 5 year old needed thyroid and cortisol lab work (which needs to be drawn between 7-9 am). I checked for a week and a half for appointments in this time frame and there were none so we walked in Monday morning at 8:15. They did not take us back until 9:15. Making a toddler wait an hour to do bloodwork, especially when it needs to be done before 9am, is insane. My child already has anxiety and the wait just made it ten times worse. The first tech made her anxiety even worse to the point where she was kicking and screaming, they wanted us to forcefully hold her down, SO traumatizing for a kid. She ended up having to be stuck by two different people. In the midst of waiting for the next tech to stick her we we a COCKROACH. Disgusting. If you care about your kids, do not bring them to this office. All they care about is churn and burn.

Had a really positive experience here—everyone at the reception was polite and professional, made check-in smooth and welcoming. Appreciate the warm attitude and efficiency!

The team at the LabCorp Office were amazing! The were kind, friendly and courteous. For a walk in patient , the check in and intake was brief. My test followed shortly after.
My only gripe is about the actual building itself. The price for the parking is outrageous at $9.00 for the first hour. That's rather expensive even for the heart of Arlington. If the business in the facilities were able to validate they should have made it clear.
Again, I recommended using the lab, but be mindful of the parking

The parking here costs $9. That’s outrageous. Find a different location that works.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Rude administrators at the front desk and disgusting conditions where they draw blood. A giant cockroach on the floor to keep you company as you wait.
I took a photo of the cockroach on the floor. An admin proceed to rudely talk about me to her colleague for taking a photo, instead of politely asking me why I’d be photographing subtly in the back room directly. I would have been happy to tell her it was because of the squalor they had us waiting in at a medical facility.
There’s also no toilet paper in the filthy bathroom.

Quick and easy experience. I had no appointment so I was prepared to wait a bit but to my surprise I was in and out in about 10-15 mins. The staff were pleasant, and we had a lovely conversation.

I was invited earlier than my appointment. I recommend. 💯

I went in this morning without an appointment. I parked on the street nearby. From the time I checked in to the time I left, it was about 45 minutes, which was way faster than I had expected considering that I did not have an appointment and I had to do both urine and blood tests. The ladies who were working (I didn't get their names unfortunately) were absolutely lovely and very helpful. Great experience overall.

These people don’t know what they are doing and the management doesn’t care I contacted manager Nicole Wallace and she hasn’t responded to my text.

Been in and out in about thirty minutes without an appointment. Best to go at an off time like during the day. Staff is nice too!

I regularly get blood draws. The person on staff here was unable to draw my blood. Tried my arm and my hand, then told me I'd need to go to the hospital to get my blood drawn. Sighed the entire time. No further advice was offered. I asked about trying a different staff member tomorrow or even a different location and all I got was a shrug. I asked if I could be prioritized tomorrow if I came in without an appointment given today's events and was told no. Seems a bit ridiculous that the LabCorp team here can't find a vein...

Parking is $9/hour or you have to find cheaper paid street parking, which is non-existent.

They don't do drug tests here even though you can schedule an appointment with them to do it. Waste of time.
