I get flat tires ALL the time because I am always driving for work on 495. Let’s just say potholes are not my friend. I have had HORRIBLE towing in the past and this was so amazing. I was connected immediately with their office and then the dispatched technician. Marcus was professional, helpful, personable and timely. Thank you so much! He even gave me one of those window hammers to keep in case of emergency. 10/10.

After being denied by two other towing companies due to how low my car was and waiting three hours, Brandon from Prestige Towing showed up and handled everything in under 30 minutes. He knew exactly what to do, was incredibly professional, and made the whole experience better overall. Thank you Prestige and thank you again Brandon!

Last month a driver for the company rear ended my car. As I stupidly did not have my phone on me, I relied on their driver to text me their information. He didn’t. When Amro the manager called me he tried to get me to not go through their insurance company. Once he realized that I had little proof of the accident, Amro proceeded to ghost me and when I did finally contact his insurance he lied about the whole thing. Do not trust this company.

Just had to have my car towed. Lucky for me, Johnny, with Prestige Towing & Recovery in Arlington, came to my rescue. Not only did he get to my car in a timely fashion - he was also so kind, patient and professional. I will be sure to use Prestige - especially Johnny - should I find myself needing a tow in the future!!

I had an excellent experience with Prestige Towing & Recovery, especially thanks to Marcos Montiel, the tow truck driver. He was incredibly professional, kind, and went above and beyond—he even dropped me off at home before delivering my car, which was just a short distance away.
That level of service is rare these days. Truly gracious and helpful—Marcos deserves major recognition. If you’re in need of towing services, I highly recommend Prestige and hope you’re lucky enough to get Marcos!
