Extremely amazing customer service provided today by Mr Brian. Have been in contact with VA Legends through Instagram for the past couple of days with the interest of purchasing a special pair of sneakers that I have been in search for in my size for a couple of years. Luckily they had them and were very near dead stock with original everything. The price was such an amazing steal I had to make the executive decision to cop em asap. I am so happy that I had been patiently waiting for this pair of sneakers to pop up within the DMV. The shoes were way below StockX prices or Grailed or EBay. Super satisfied with price from VA Legends but even more impressed with the customer service provided not only from today in store but as well through Instagram. Keep up the honest hard work and stay dedicated.

It’s weird because at the old location across the street there was a few chill people who worked there and if you knew how to negotiate and talk you could get along well with people and I got a good deal buying slightly used Yeezy 700 V2 “Geode”, and I was able sell some very slightly used stuff there easily and trade in with good deals both of us were happy with. But once they got the new store and security I didn't recognize anyone working there and they completely lowballed shoes I brought in for like 30-40 bucks and had a big attitude about negotiating, the 2 times I went to the new location. Weird tense vibe in there

Very good shoe store, nice set up. The prices on shoes are one of the best prices I’ve seen in the area. They’ve got the latest streetwear and shoes you could imagine. I bought a pair of Nike SBs from here, good price as well. The employees are very welcoming. Good environment.

I used to shop and trade at this store back in 2018 when their first store was burnt down by some random disgruntled customer. I knew the owner had a big presence in the VA area and was known to “take care” of the community so i wanted to support by shopping there.I traded in a brand new pair of off white grim reapers and $400 on top for a orange on grey box logo hoodie ($900 total value). Long story short, I found out the hoodie they sold me was FAKE, a month later. I understand that its my fault for not checking right away, but I completely 100% trusted this store. I eventually found a local reseller named Brandon (@freshkicksdmv) to legit check and explained how the wash tag was different.After finding out I just spent $900 on a fake hoodie, i tried get in contact w the owner for days but he would he just dodge me. I waited two hours at the store to find out he dropped off chick fila to his employees but never came in and left. I had better customer service from STOCKX than these clowns. After many attempts, I took this L to the chin and kept it pushing but learned a very valuable lesson to ALWAYS legit check no matter anyone’s reputation.The owner of this store is strictly a business man, he dont give af about you or the community unless you brining money to his pockets. Just be aware when shopping at this location, he hires employees who know nothing about legit checking with no customer service skills. All they do is smoke, and be lifeless zombies at the store.

Scamming Young Dudes,they selling these shoes for triple the price but these same shoes are available online at cheaper price with Goat footlocker etc…ALSO They will Rip you off in shoes price the wanted me to sell fresh 3s for 40$ and flip them for 140 smh they tripping on TOO OF THAT THEM SNEAKERS BE FAKE AS WELL!!!

Employees do not show respect. They treated me like I was a kid even though I was older than them. They never greeted me when I walked into the store. If you have a big IG following or if you’re a “rapper”, then they will treat you well.I was one of their first customers when they first opened, and I don’t ever plan to shop there again. There are other alternative hype shoe stores within the area, I would not recommend this store.

Wonderful store, Great deals, even better people! BIG LAYTH has a golden heart and always gives back to the community! It’s hard to find real and honest ppl! I can say a lot about him but it still won’t be enough may he always be blessed, healthy and happy!
