The Lens Crafters at the Arlington location (Wilson rd), is the best service we (my spouse included) have experienced since we have been their customers for years. We usually go to the Potomac Mills location as it is convenient being close to our home, but I needed a fast appointment for my eye exam and purchase of new eyeglasses and lenses. Even thou we had to travel with more traffic, the service received was so good that we forgot the distance and traffic encountered. James and Boris were, from the moment we enter the store, attentive, courteous and helpful. They even told me how they could have my purchase delivered to Potomac as more convenient to pick up my eyeglasses. Every question and help needed surpassed my expectations. I was impressed and extremely happy with their customer service and good attitude during this visit. They were Profesionals. I’m very grateful and appreciative with the experience they had provided us. Absolutely happy and satisfied with my purchase.

Thank you to the very friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient manager, Katrina, and staff James, Denise, and angst. This store is very organized and clean, and the staff is just delightful. They go out of their way to be of assistance and are very patient with all of the questions I tend to ask. Katrina assisted me with my eyeglass purchase and was just so helpful and stayed late to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was happy. Nobody in this store made me feel pressured in any way whatsoever, which I love! James adjusted a pair of my old eyeglass frames that I have never been able to wear even when they were new because they weren't comfortable and sat too low on my face. Because they didn't have nose pads, I just assumed they couldn't be fixed. I'm so delighted. Thanks again to LensCrafters at Ballston in Arlington. I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Nhat today while looking for a new pair of glasses. Nhat was courteous, knowledgeable, and great at selecting glasses that suited me. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best pricing and just had a warm vibe to him. I really appreciate that he stepped in to provide any additional details I needed without being too assertive while I was browsing the different selections. Nhat is truly an amazing employee and LensCrafters is lucky to have him there!
