Terrible company. Stores may be decent but you won't receive your paid for order placed online and there is no customer service to speak of.

I love loft and always has great selection and discounts. However....This afternoon on 10/12/24, apparently was asked to leave due to being a disruption. I was a disruption because I didn’t put the clothes I tried back Exactly where I got them from ,I took them out of the fitting room as the sign states. The other disruption was calling out the two workers behind the counter who were looking at each other with bold eyes and laughing. I asked them if they were ok. When I went back to the fitting room the manager was on the phone to get me removed from this location . That was some gen z “ everything is offensive, woke or racist” move. I didn’t violate, steal or harass anyone in the store. I’m sorry but that was ridiculous . Gotta have thick skin working with people and not call the DM, police or whoever to remove paying customers from their store due to “ disruptive behavior.” It was for a reason. Are the gen z’s creating new policies now? It’s also their job to organize and put clothes away. Not blame customer for throwing them around which I never did to begin with. I moved them or put one I didn't like or want down back on the table. Be careful for misplacing merchandise because you will be watched or asked to leave as its disrupting the gen z team. Do better.

I’ve been meaning to leave this review for a while but never got around to it. I am a former Ascena Retail employee and I cannot believe how poorly managed this store is. In our store, we always allowed customers who were shopping before the store closed to have time to finish their purchases. I was interrupted in the dressing room while I was trying things on to be asked to leave because the store was closing in the next 30 minutes. If a customer is already in the store 30 minutes before closing, they should be able to finish shopping. I did not feel welcomed here and try to avoid this location as much as possible.

The clothes are not as stylish as they use to be. The styles has changed maybe they need a new designer.

Loft #0882 - this store- is poorly managed and I hope they go out of business just like the Loft in Clarendon because their customer service deplorable and deeply alarming.In fact, the male Team Lead exhibited racist tendencies. He looked me in the face without greeting me—something that’s a huge no-no, at least it was when I worked at LOFT—but did go out of his way to happily assist a white couple in front of me, then went to the back of the store and remained there until another associate came to the register to check me out.No wonder LOFT is nearly out of business. I hope this store closes soon, just like the one in Clarendon did. Good riddance.

Zero stars. Reporting this store to LOFT corporate. I’ve never felt so disappointed or disrespected while shopping. I tried to exchange pants I had just worn for like 10 mins around the house (trying them on) since they were far too small. One worker was friendly and nice and seemed to be about to process the exchange. The other, said rudely “we won’t take those- evidence of wear.” When I explained that I had not worn them except around the house to try them on. She repeated herself, insinuating that I was lying. I just left. I’m not sure I could feel comfortable shopping at LOFT ever again. I am in shock at how poorly they treat loyal customers. Losing me as one of them!

Zero stars. Terrible customer service. I went to exchange something for a smaller size and was told it was only available online but they could give me a merchandise credit. I asked for a receipt to go with the credit and the salesperson said "ma'am you're fine". I said "oh..but.." and she just deadpan said "you're fine" again so I just awkwardly left. I went home still musing over the awkward/rude exchange and not 30 minutes later when trying to replace the pants discovered they were selling for $69.88 online and she had given me a $29 merchandise credit. It says in their policy your credit will be for the selling price of the item on that day. Good luck at this store, keep expectations very very low.

I’ve shopped Loft for years and am happy with that brand. I’m posting because I wanted to leave a GOOD review for the staff at this location (at least in my experience today).To be clear, I’m not talking about the rep on the other line of the 800 number I called to work out a payment issue—he was rude and short with me.The actual sales rep at the store I worked with today was helpful, patient, and kind to my child. When I asked about a return on an order, she was pleasant and polite the entire time. The other reps in store were friendly, too.

The staff in this store humiliated customers who don't want to do charity donation. Customers may be asked several times that day shopping. Stores shouldn't rudely comment if a customer decides not to do that day. No more shopping there.

This is a nice, tidy store in a convenient location in Pentagon Row. The selection seemed a bit less robust than other LOFT stores that I've been to--I'm not sure if it's the layout, or the actual inventory, or just my imagination. I didn't feel as drawn into the displays as I usually am at other LOFT locations. But I appreciated the petite section, which was very clearly marked and had a number of nice options. LOFT has a lot more polyester clothing these days than a few years ago, which I'm not a huge fan of. But there are still some gems amid all the synthetic material. This location also had a tidy sale section, which is always good to look for some deals. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here, but I'd stop by if I was in the area.
