Great pools for all ages. The swim classes for tots and infants are great. Family changing rooms. Full gym is here as well.

Great facilities! The swimming pool is well maintained, and comfortable to swim in, in any weather thanks to adequate heating. The changing rooms - shower, bathrooms, lockers - all proper, well maintained as well. The only thing you need to track, and this is a minor hassle, is lane availability and working hours as there are daily hours when certain sections are blocked for training or maintenance.

I visited Long Bridge today as an out of towner visiting Arlington for work. Paid over 10 dollars for entry plus the parking fee. After paying the entry fee, I was told that only the competitive pool was open. I entered the competitive pool and noticed that half the lanes were closed and had construction scaffolding above them. The remaining lanes that were open were all full with swimmers and there was a small crowd of swimmers waiting to enter. I waited for 20 minutes and decided it was better to just leave. I didn't have much time available and just wanted a quick swim.If I knew that I'd have to wait for lanes to open and that only 1/3 of the entire pool real estate was available for swimming, I'd have just skipped my visit. The facilities are nice, though.

Staff do not provide the right information and they are extremely rude! They double charged me once, did not allow me to use the leisure pool the other time, and today they accused me of skipping the waiting list when nobody told me such a thing exists. I’m not happy my tax (which is not trivial at all) goes for such a horrible service.

I purchased a punch pass here and then experienced an injury, so I could not use the pass. I wrote in about a refund (the pass was unused) and had my requests ignored. The facility seems poorly managed based on this experience and reading through other reviews here and on other platforms - what an incredible shame.

Infant swim class review. If your child has never seen a pool or water this might be ok for you. The water is too cold for infants. Very limited changing tables available in the family locker room. The instructor needs a lesson on tact. They love their rules here. It’s certainly cheaper than other swim lessons in the area. You get what you pay for. We won’t be back.

Poor management, good luck fitting into their bizarre schedule.

Impossible to take your kids here. Sunday is basically the only day it is open when parents can actually take their kids over. The rest are weird hours. What’s the point of building a massive pool that nobody can use? What a waste!

Very poorly managed. They are partnering with USO ticketline to offer places for military families but don't have the capacity to support it. We arrived at the opening and were told that their was a 2 hours wait line, kids were very disappointed. I do not recommend this establishment.

It’s a nice enough facility but the layout is a bit of a labyrinth. Have visited three weekends in a row and only been able to access the leisure pool once. We came during advertised open hours but last time there was an unannounced “emergency cleaning” and this week there is a two hour wait list due to “extreme staffing shortages.” There was no posted notice of this, nor did they say there was a wait when I called 15 minutes before arriving. I looked into the leisure pool and there is hardly anyone inside. Lots of angry families piling up in the lobby. I hope for their sake they get the staffing and communication issues resolved because this isn’t going to fly long term.

Beautiful brand-new Arlington Cty facility. Swimming is the main activity, however, there is a well-equipped gym on the 2nd floor. Yoga, cycling, circuit, muscle conditioning & blast are also offered. Membership or Day Passes allow you in. Most classes have a $5 fee.
