My husband and I had a great experience with the purchase of our Sactional. We worked specifically with Jordan, and she was absolutely amazing. She was helpful, knowledgeable, and very friendly. The staff here are amazing. My partner and I came in knowing what we wanted, we just wanted to sit on the cushions to choose between the standard and premium stuffing. The staff did not try to up-sell us and listened. They helped us move around the floor room samples to test out different configurations. They also were patient when my partner and I needed to step out to talk privately about financing. We interacted with almost all of the ladies in the store and it was clear that they all wanted to help in whatever way they could. I highly recommend coming here if you have questions about LoveSac and want experienced help talking through what works for you.

Standing in front of the the closed store at 8:30pm on 7/9/24. When the hours are listed on their website, Google, and mall directory as closing at 9 PM, when the mall closes. Wasted my time and gas. Who knows how early the employees left?! Or just correct your hours. I wouldn’t recommend this brand if you value your time and money because they don’t.

The staff here is great! Rebekah, Hannah, Natalie, Alexis and even the twins Abi and Rosa all helped me with any questions I had when getting my couch ordered. I enjoyed every second and walked away feeling good about my purchase, especially the storage seat that Sarah helped me get. It's a great addition while moving and my dog likes to sit inside it too! (Without the lid on of course)

The ladies at the pentagon lovesac( Hannah and Alexis)were very helpful and knowledgeable. They helped us make the decision on which sac and sactional to purchase. They showed as the different kinds so we able to decide what we wanted. So far we are happy with our purchase.

The Staff of this store are amazing. I worked with Sarah in the show room and she took her time to show us everything. I didn’t make my purchase in the store but we put it on hold due to me moving. Ben and Hannah then supported me with closing the order. I needed extra support in shipping options and they were phenomenal! Thanks, Sarah, Ben and Hannah!

Rebekah at the Love Sac store is absolutely phenomenal. She was so patient with me as we worked to determine the best couch arrangement for my space. She diagrammed and measured and reviewed color samples with me on three different visits. I am so thankful for her customer service!
