It's absolutely disrespectful when, for an unnecessary reason, the guy working near the dressing room asks for my name just to put it on the door. Totally unnecessary! This made me so uncomfortable! I left the place immediately!

I will never buy clothes from this store again. The service attitude varies from person to person when returning goods. The customer before me directly refunded it to a bank card, but when it was my turn, I was told that it would be refunded to a gift card. This female employee discriminated against Asian customers!

Limited stock, ruuuude customer service. Such a turn off I don’t even feel safe at this location. I had one nice lady and if she’s not there, I don’t think I’d go in. Shop somewhere else tbh- there’s some shady things going on at this store.

For a central location, their stock is very limited. I understand the need for friendly customers but it’s started to feel like Sephora where they come up to you every minute. I’m not sure if it from good intentions, boredom, they have to meet a quota, or racial profiling? Additionally, they now charge $1 for bag? Sounds like lululemon is going downhill.

My 15-year-old son and his father were detained under suspicion of stealing after someone ran in the store while they were there, grabbed merchandise, and ran out. The staff barely seemed phased, and people kept shopping. My son and his dad go to check out, and spend hundred of dollars (not saying much for Lulu). They leave, and my son returns about 10 mins later because he forgot his AirPods. The police are there by this time and tell him he can’t leave because he is now a suspect in the theft. What?? He calls his dad who’s waiting for him down the street, so his dad returns, and he’s then detained as a suspect (NOT AS EVEN A WITNESS). He shows them his receipt. He tells them to check the videos. They continue to detain them and insist they give their info and statements for the investigation (again, and SUSPECTS and not as WITNESSES). So if you’re looking to get racially profiled on an otherwise peaceful Sunday afternoon with your child, this is the place to be. Corporate will be hearing from our lawyer. This is absurd and illegal on multiple levels. Great job, Lulu.

Come here if you want to be bullied by old ladies with no life. I was splurging for my birthday and went on a shopping spree. An old lady who was a worker at Lululemon asked me what school I went to and I said I went to a private school. Then I went to a changing room and overheard her say to her coworker that I was an entitled private school kid throwing my money everywhere. Made me feel horrible on my birthday.
