I haven't gotten the MAC experience in about 10 years. Yesterday was my birthday and Caron beat my face like her life depended on it. She was very professional, kind and had great energy. Caron made sure to not ignore the customers coming in all while still servicing me. I was able to get the perfect look and the products I wanted when I was done. I left feeling like THAT GIRL, and when I put my birthday fit on it completed the look! I booked online the morning of. The time frame was perfect for my festivities. You can't beat the price being that you get a two for one special. Mac can never go wrong with a full beat and make up to go. Thanks again Caron❣️

Finally, some great service has arrived! I recently had an outstanding experience with MAC makeup cosmetics employee Kamryn, who, from the moment I walked in, greeted me warmly with a friendly smile and genuine enthusiasm. I went in for one thing, and with her suggestion and understanding of my needs, I left with something much better suited for me. I am so glad she offered her personalized recommendations, which turned out to be more tailored to my skin tone. It’s so refreshing to receive services from someone who knows the products being offered to customers. I left feeling not just satisfied with my purchases, but also more confident in my skills. Kamryn exemplified exceptional customer service, making my visit truly memorable! I’ll be back for more. Plus, she was absolutely gorgeous!

I had a great experience with Kamryn assisting me at the MAC Counter while visiting Pentagon City location. She was very helpful and made what can be an intimidating experience painless. Definitely would recommend her and will stop back by when I’m back in town.

I enjoyed my shopping with this store. Both sales associates were very nice. I went to buy a lipstick and ended up buying three products. And I received free minis and samples! I’m so sorry that I forgot to ask their names. Hope to see them when I visit the store again.

Only providing 5 stars for the associate named CARON. If you go in, ask for her only. Anyone else you try to ask for help will probably act bothered by your presence and give immensely strange vibes. I echo some sentiments of some of the staff at this location.
However Caron was knowledgeable, friendly and actually tried to help. I left spending nearly $200 because she made it feel like shopping with a close friend, but also I needed a couple of things. One of the girls who was unpleasant before started to chime into the conversation we were having once it was clear I was there to spend. It's unfortunate when people are snooty about makeup. But CARON, she's your girl

The two ladies there were on their phones, personal conversations about someone getting blocked. I asked the one at the counter about trying a product on. She pointed to the applicators and insisted I clean it before applying. That's fine but isn't that what she's supposed to do? Assist. The other girl who got blocked was just sitting there and didn't say a word to me. Then they go on and say how slow the store was meanwhile they don't assist or engage with me while I am in there. So why complain?! l wasn't surprised while reading others reviews.

I had an incredible experience with Shannon at MAC. As someone who knew nothing about makeup, I was nervous, but Shannon was amazing! She didn’t just apply the makeup—she took the time to teach me how to do it myself, sharing tips and techniques that were easy to follow. Her knowledge is impressive, and her passion for what she does really shines through. The individual customer service she provided was top-notch. I left feeling confident and excited to try out what I learned. Highly recommend Shannon for anyone looking for a personalized and educational makeup experience.

Yesterday, I visited the Pentagon City store and Desiree greeted me upon entry, assisted me with selecting the right items, and quickly applied eye shadow up request. Thanks for the great customer service.

Desiree, Ronnie and the manager purposely ignored me at Pentagon City. There was one black female who was very kind and professional but the manager and the others are nasty. This has been my first experience as a customer where I was blatantly being ignored. I even asked for services to the manager and expressed my complaint to the manager and she literally ignored me and didn’t acknowledge me both times. I waited and waited on assistance but to no avail. Yes, they knew I needed assistance and both Desiree and the manger were told but they still ignored me and acted as if I weren’t there. I took a photo of the mean girls. I only gave it two stars because of the one kind worker who shouldn’t be surrounded with such nasty people.

Always out of product. Make up services you have to buy 5 products, that day of appt...but if you are out, then what? And why do I need to buy when I have the Mac products? I just need you to apply? Charge for the "apply" services.
