Where do I begin. I called this branch to inquire about opening a checking account with a check received by a business that has an account there. My question was, if I were to open an account there with this check, what are the Funds Availability guidelines. The person could not give me a straight answer and flat out told me they couldn’t help me. This person also told me it takes 30 days to develop a relationship. Maybe I’m missing something. I just want to open a checking account. Being discriminated even without setting foot into an establishment is a whole new experience.

It's 3:38 they close at 4pm it's already locked and I can see workers still sitting at their desks, really unprofessional.

They don't know anything about customer service and banking if you something their answer is I don't know if you dont know than who is responsible the worst bank ever i saw in my life im un the process to close my business account from this bank

The ATM at this location got my debit card stuck in it, hours before closing. Nobody came to recover the card in time for closing, causing me to have no debit card for an international flight the next day. I returned to the bank shortly after closing and noticed the card was no longer stuck in the machine, but I never received a call to come pick it up like I was told would happen. I now find myself having to take expensive transportation to another bank to get a new card minted during my layover.

I've used several of their branches in the northern Virginia area because my place of employment utilizes this Bank. Excellent customer service, friendly and very much an atmosphere of a Small Town Bank. Makes you question why you deal with the big Banks.
