I would not recommend this Massage Envy.When I first signed up for the membership I was told I was able to cancel anytime then learning later that I had to have my membership for a year before I could cancel. The employees at this Massage Envy are horrible at communicating and listening. I tried to transfer a massage to my aunt and they couldn’t even get her name or her number right after I spelled it out and repeated myself twice, therefore Massage Envy tried to charge her at the end.There was one good masseuse I had here named Elena, the rest just seemed to want to hurry up and get the massage over with.

The massage room was clean and comfortable, and the therapist “Kassahun” created a calming and relaxing atmosphere. I felt completely at ease and confident in their abilities.The massage itself was amazing, he used the perfect amount of pressure, and were able to find all the right spots to losses muscles. I felt my stress and anxiety began to fade away.

I am giving 4/5 for Elena and 1/5 for ME membership policy. The first visit with Elena was odd but we were getting to know one another so trust had to be gained. Elena worked the areas my PT wanted and she did a wonderful job so I keep returning. I do not think her odd, she’s just not super chatty which I greatly appreciate. She gets right to work and doesn’t use up my time! She recently started using the warm towel to loosen some muscles, which I am thankful for because it does the trick! Unfortunately, I cannot recall the rest because her work usually puts me right to sleep, and for me that’s a 30% gratuity! (I don’t feel racked and quartered when I leave!) Extra thanks for the cleanliness of this location facility. Storage isn’t in the hallways!My peeves? The hidden fee for not using a home location site that is CONSTANTLY overly booked and unavailable. Sneaky! If I’m paying more at least put some lavender in my room! The fact you are on “their clock” so if they are behind you don’t get your full 50. And the annoying constant upsells of “add-ons!” Thank goodness this location does not do this like the others. My utter disappointment is the inability to cancel a membership. Gym memberships got legally dinged on this scheme and had to make it easier to cancel. Not cool, ME! Luckily I found Elena at this location but I will be watching the calendar to cancel and plan to see if this cancellation policy is legal.*Update: I think this is the best ME in the area! I will continue going because of that. I just do not like the franchise membership policy. THIS location and staff are professional which I appreciate.

Denay is the best at what she does! The perfect amount of pressure not too hard and no too soft. Those 60 minute massages go so fast so now I'm incorporating a couple extra in each month and it's worth it.

The front desk staff was incredibly pleasant and wonderful?. They made excellent recommendations regarding products. The masseuse, Chrisine, performed a fairly good massage— she was just very standoffish and unwelcoming. I would come back to this location, but would book an appointment with another masseuse— someone more welcoming.

DO NOT open an account here. It took 3 months and several phone calls and emails to close my account. They continued to charge me after I closed my account. One time visit is fine, do not make the mistake of becoming a member.

I called 3 times on several months (April, May, August, September) reporting as an unsatisfied customer who wishes to cancel my membership.I have tired massages with over 6 therapists in two different locations, non of which I continued with more than two sessions, cause I did not find what I was looking for. I seek massage to treat my migraines and keep getting them which makes be argue that the massage I am getting does not do what it should Each time, I had to pay for the treatment, none was worth it, or that I consider going back for.Adding to that pile, I saw 2 stretch therapists, there was one that I continued services with more than 2 sessions, she no longer works with the company.I discussed my intent to discontinue my services and cancel my membership several times with more than 4 people (in person and on the phone). One have mentioned that I could cancel my membership after two months, one told me that she will cancel my membership after she advised me to complete sessions on my account since I already paid, another told me to get a medial report stating that I can’t get massages; lastly, one manager told me “she could not help me” with canceling my membership and offered no compensation whatsoever. This is a terrible business, getting mixed messages is not professional, if you don’t have what the customer needs, just let them cancel the membership.. I’m quite shocked about the company’s reply,the first thing i did was submit a complaint on the website.There was no resolution, the regional person reached out and said they couldn’t do anything since my membership is with this location.

I had the most unpleasant experience with Elena. She started the massage experience by questioning my pain asking me “are you sure your back hurts”Then she left the door open which ruined the ambiance and when it came time to flip over I asked for a pillow and was told no.When the massage ended Elena just abruptly ended the massage. I was left with the lotion on my body.
