Excellent customer service! Jane helped us select a mattress and was incredibly knowledgeable. We had visited a few other mattress stores but Jane was by far the best salesperson. Would recommend to anyone in search of a mattress!

My husband and I were looking for a king size bed and mattress. Upon entering the store we were warmly welcomed by Kevin and Jen. Kevin was exceptional! With all his experience and knowledge he helped us choose the perfect mattress for us! I really recommend the store and especially Kevin! If you are looking for a mattress, visit the store and talk to him. He is the best!

Came into mattress warehouse just to look how big a king size bed was and didn’t plan to walk out with a mattress. Joe was so helpful, easy to talk, accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Not forceful at all! Nowadays costumer service is hard to find but, I’m serious, Joe was so helpful and friendly. Finding a mattress has always been a pain but we were in and out in no time. It was painless and easy. I almost fell asleep laying on the mattresses and I hate shopping, trust me. But this was so much fun! Joe made it fun! Thank you Joe!!!

Mr. Joe was Amazing. He helped me and my wife get a California king size bed with everything included for the best price. Joe was spectacular while assisting me pick out the perfect mattress for me. We went through a variety of options and did a bed match analysis at the store. I opted for a Serta that fit my every need. I’m looking forward to a better nights sleep!

We were in the market for a new mattress and this store had many of the top of the line mattresses for us to try. The owner was very patient and knowledgeable of all the different mattresses. He got us a great deal on Tempur-pedic and it is being delivered the next day!

Joe was an absolute peach to work with! He got us a new mattress at a spectacular price in a record amount of time. All we did was list our preferences and he found us a mattress immediately and at fantastic price, and kindly threw in two free pillows for us. Highly recommend!

Joe was amazing! My spouse and I have been looking for a good bed for over a month and Joe did such an amazing job making the impossible possible. My wife needed a bed that would help her back pain and I needed a specific adjustable base. We found the perfect bed and base thanks to Joe. He walked us through each bed and offered us several affordable options. We couldn’t be happier.

If you’re in need or looking for a new mattress, do yourself a favor and please come see Kevin at the Mattress Warehouse/Pentagon City location. The BEST customer service ever! I came in just to look around and get some information, and left out an hour later buying a really great quality mattress. Kevin was friendly from the moment I entered the store, he greeted me, and talked to me as if I was a member of his family or a long lost friend which I was really touched by because I had been having a really rough day. He asked me a series of questions and even had me set up on the Bed Match machine. We tried out a couple of different options and he explained to me the pros and cons of each mattress. I was really grateful for that because I know there are a lot of salespeople that just tell you anything just to make a sale. He was able to get me a quick delivery date and explain all the options regarding the warranty, etc. What I thought would be a daunting and exhausting experience, turned out to be one of the best blessing in disguise.
