A young lady, asked me what I needed. I tell her I broke my phone. she informs she only had one phone and I had to pay 290 off the back. I don't know what is going on but this location isn't worth going to.
They need customer service training at this location.

Put better customer service!! Yesterday 08/13/2024 around 7 pm I stopped by to pay my phone bill with was late and I asked the crappy woman there to please try to get my number back and she's said she not doing and I sure pay my bills on time because she's tired of has to do all the work all the time.I FELT SO DISCRIMINATE FOR BE AFRICAN AMERICAN !! I left this location and I wanted to metro PCs at Annandale Rd with have a great customer service and the beautiful girl there help me recover my number. If you need to deal with Metro PCs go to Annandale Rd they have the best customer service and please AVOID THIS LOCATION AT NORTH GLEBE RD !!!

The sole employee at this store was neither nice, helpful, or informative. I had walked all the way over here from Balston Metro specifically to come to the store. It was an absolute waste of time. I had the employee very specifically if they had a SIM card that they were able to use to test to be sure that my older Motorola 3G phone would function with the SIM on the 5 G network. She assured me that they had a SIM card that could be used for testing purposes. I was told that I would first need to provide my name and personal information, and then we could test the cellphone with the SIM card. I provided all of that, and then was told that I also needed to pay the $94.00 non-refundable activation charge, and then the SIM card could be tested. I felt that I was deceived by this employee. She did not apologize for wasting my time, nor was any other explanation given.

Terrible customer service! I wish I could give it 0 starts. I walked in… and waited, and waited … after some time, it was 8pm with people still ahead of me. The rep turned to everyone and said they were closed, the system was down & we had to leave. No communication. Is this company standard? She really didn’t know everything would “shut down” at 8pm? And she was okay with wasting our valuable time! Sooo Rude, disrespectful & inconsiderate. I’ll never come back here again. SMH.
