I've been to many Metro stores across my 14 years with them, and this was one of the best experiences I've had. I told John what I was looking for, and he kindly explained my options with detail and patience. He wasn't pushy with sales, and routinely asked what my thoughts were and if I was okay proceeding. Give him a raise!

They don't respond the calls. My girlfriend has her phone there and she need to talk to them and they don't respond. She live in richmond and it will be mess up to drive 2 hours and 35 minutes for nothing
