The parking it’s free only for an hour, after that you have to pay $11. Today I went to purchase some jeans and I wanted to use the restroom, unfortunately the staff said it’s not longer open to the public, it’s only for employees. They send me either to pentagon mall or Costco if I have the membership, unbelievable insane. Never again to this store, even though I used to come here all the time I find the customer service the worst, sorry but it seems customers are not treated as human beings anymore.

Be aware. Make sure you will never have stomach, menstrual period and don’t bring your baby here(just in case you need to change a diaper),because of one of the manager said”no public restroom”,even you’re the customer! I had been there for so many times, most of staff are nice and will let you go restroom.

First time I’ve ever heard at any Nordstrom Rack that the bathroom is for employees only. The checkout line was so long I had to leave the store, go next door to Best Buy just to use the bathroom, then come back to finish checking out.
To make things worse, the cashier had major attitude. Completely ridiculous experience for a store that used to pride itself on customer service.

Nordstrom YOU ARE BLESSED BY SUCH AN EMPLOYEE. She was absolutely beautiful, so sweet, and incredibly helpful. Her kindness and warm attitude turned a stressful experience into something positive and unforgettable. I felt truly valued and supported thanks to her, and I’m so grateful for everything she did. The sales associate MyAzia should not work in the front. Cold and aloof. No courtesy. You feel like you’re inconveniencing her for shopping there.

Sales associates are rude, condescending and looking to cause an issue. marquieta if thats how you spell her name is a poor example and representation of Nordstrom values.

We’re from out of town and stopped by Nordstrom Rack to buy a suitcase. Unfortunately, our experience with the sales associate, Marquita V, was very unpleasant. She was rude, impatient, and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Everyone can have a bad day, but there’s no excuse for treating customers with such attitude. Disappointed with the service — not what we expected from Nordstrom Rack.

The took the signs off the bathrooms and don't let customers use them anymore. Last time I shop here.

The quality of the clothing is OK nothing special.. the store itself is not particularly clean and customer service is mediocre..time to shop elsewhere

Pass this location by. The store is average merchandise mix and usually not well maintained by the staff that just stand around, dnd don't work much, and are exceptionally rude. You won't find any unique finds at this location either. They also no longer allow customers to use the customer restrooms. There are better stores where your hard earned money will be more appreciated.

Great ladies @ checkout and dressing room. Nordstrom my parking for an hour was $12 w the validate, this is just wrong. Also please bring the rest rooms back! Come on this is terrible. We are paying customers.
