I came to the store to puchase a firearms, and was told by a store associate (adult white male, heavy set, mid-age with a beard and baseball cap) that they do not perform background checks (NICS) after 6pm. The shop hours state they close at 7pm. A NICS background check takes less than 15 minutes. When I asked why it wasn't posted on the website, all I received was a repeat of the answer. This time, the male store associate went back to viewing videos on his phone with the other staff associates. The past store reviews about the staff being rude are true. MANAGEMENT. Please fix this.

My go to in Arlington. Staff is always very helpful and friendly. Can get a little busy but service is typically pretty fast and they have a great stock of what you're looking for. If they don't have it or don't know something, the staff is great about finding out.

I bought a Glock 26 online and picked up from Nova Armory a few weeks ago. Very happy with the experience. The sale was quick, efficient and friendly. I think they may be under new management as far as other remarks. This is a gun store, they were straight shooters with me and seemed down to earth. If you're offended so easily maybe you shouldn't own a gun. Maybe a gun store might not be the place for you. There's a cute little Starbuck's for you a few blocks away where you can get your Venti, Latte, double shot of Soi, with snowflakes on top. P.S. Check out the back of the store to the left, some nice used rifles!

Went in with friend to inquire about availability of a firearm. The extent of their customer service was the only phrase uttered, "check the website." If I walk into a store as a prospective customer, staff should at least be courteous and, at the very least, pretend to be helpful. This was an utterly useless interaction and I will not give them any future business. Nor will my friend. They really need to improve their approach to customer service here, in my humble opinion.

I was initially hesitant to go to this location upon arrival due to the ratings being both very high and very low. Upon initial entry into the store the staff was already dealing with several customers so I didn’t force my way to the front or attempt to get their attention; I just waited in a non existent line. Thankfully Ben was quick to let me know he would be right with me. After I explained my situation due to Marylands extremely strict laws on mags Erick stepped in and offered a few other options that would possibly help. Both did a great job at the front and even showed me a few extra options. I ended up getting two mags. I highly recommend this location. Don’t take my word for it, go and judge for yourself.

Awesome customer service, all the gentlemen were very knowledgeable about gun laws and the guns they sell. Had great conversation with the entire team. They diligently and patiently assisted me in purchasing my new pistol. So excited to use it at the range. Thank you NOVA team!!!

Even when its busy I got taken care of quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Around mid afternoon theres usually pretty good parking.

I went to NOVA ARMORY and I bought a gun and ammo . I asked about the gun. These guys are so knowledgeable. They took the gun apart in less than 20 seconds. I was impressed even though the place is packed they got to me right away as soon as I walked in the door, very good people I will definitely go there and buy a gun again. It doesn’t matter what kind of weapon you’re looking for. They are the guys to go to. I thank them very much for their knowledge in their help. Buddy

This establishment will not be recommended by me for any transactions nor any purchases. It was very prejudice, petty and unprofessional. My sister and I was literally labeled as soon as we came through the door.

Really unfriendly staff. My second experience there today and neither time was positive. It’s like the employees are just hanging out and annoyed you’ve come in, an almost confrontational attitude. They have a really small inventory and parking is a challenge. I won’t be back.

Customer service is poor. Rude employees and management. Small inventory. They rudely assumed I was from Maryland. I went to Vienna Guns and Gold instead. They have a great inventory and excellent customer service. They have over 800 guns, wide selection of accessories, and fantastic instructors. I highly recommend you go to Vienna if you want a great store.
