Our Savior Lutheran School (OSLS) is amazing!!! I cannot say enough great things about the school and entire staff. Many of the staff have been there for a long time and are very experienced. They all have a special way teaching and interacting with the students. The academic rigor prepares them well for higher education. I love the support, respect, and values taught as well. I highly recommend OSLS!

My experience in this school is so great. Not only on their teaching curriculum but also how much they are so integrated to each other as a family with their students and parents. If you need qualified, responsible, caring, loving teachers and a safe place for your kids then this is the best school for you, highly recommended.

Our Savior Lutheran school gives our children a solid education with its rigorous curriculum while nurturing their whole being. The dedicated teachers and staff have been in service for many years and that is a testament in itself. They teach every subject with in-depth knowledge while instilling Christian values and helping build character in partnership with families. Both of our children enjoy being in an environment where they feel valued, heard, and loved. They love their school, teachers, and peers (Most lifelong friendships are made here!). The smaller(intimate) class setting allows the teachers to focus on our children and provide them with the tools they need to thrive. Our Savior Lutheran School has been and is preparing our children beyond elementary and middle school academically as well spiritually. For this, my family commutes to Arlington daily to be a part of Our Savior Lutheran School family because we believe our children are worth the investment!!!

This school is a true Arlington Gem. We are so blessed to have found this school. Our daughter loves going to school here. They are teaching them so much and the school is filled with love. Another plus is that it’s very diverse and affordable. If you want smaller class sizes and a school that not only focuses on academics but character building then this is the place for you

I cannot say enough about this wonderful School. It’s a hidden gem tucked into a sweet neighborhood. The staff is welcoming, warm and professional. We are so blessed to have our son there for the past 4 years. He went from being unknown in a sea of students at his former school to being known and seen.
The teachers and the principal make it a point to get to know student names and families. Soon after we arrived my son was greeted each morning by name from the principal. He feels so comfortable at school!
I’ve seen him blossom in courage, intellect and passion and I believe it’s due to the deep care and commitment of the staff. They provide a rigorous learning environment where each child is supported to reach their fullest potential.
It’s such a gift to be able to send my child to a place where he is comfortable and has the opportunity to shine and be himself. The middle school is equally Amazing. The teachers are gifted and incredible at guiding and preparing the kids to enter the teen years. I love how the older students get opportunities to serve and lead at the school in ways that they couldn’t in a larger school setting. They learn to take on responsibility as the oldest students in the school and become role models for the elementary school. Thank you Our Savior Lutheran!
If you are considering sending your child to Our Savior Lutheran school then you need to sign them up now! Don’t wait, it’s the best thing we did for our child. 😄

We have 2 kids at OSL, joined in 4th and 6th grades. We’ve enjoyed the small size of the school and the way that the teachers and staff really get to know each child and family! The focus on the whole child has been refreshing and helpful as we navigate middle school and all of its challenges.

Finding the right school can be so challenging, especially one that fits my budget and provides excellent care for children. The team at OSLA is incredibly kind! Every staff member I’ve met has been wonderful. This is truly the perfect place to entrust your child.

Can't recommend Our Savior highly enough! We were looking for a private Christian school near Arlington that offered a mix of academic rigor, spiritual growth and an emphasis on community. We've been very pleased in the last 3 years, seeing our boys grow and mature at Our Savior. The small classes allow for individual attention and there's an intentional focus on character development. They've made great friends across grades and enjoy lots of outdoor time, in addition to being in the classroom (so important for my high-energy kids!).
What I've observed is that every child is known by name and valued for who they are, thanks to the caring teachers and staff. Starting with the principal, parents are encouraged to join in the school community and partner alongside teachers to help students grow. It's been a true blessing to be part of the OSLS family and look forward to sending our 3rd sone here in a few years!

We sent two children to Our Savior for four years and highly recommend it. As a military family, we wanted a school where our children could quickly integrate and feel part of the community. We found that and more at Our Savior. The staff is excellent and they demonstrate evident care for the kids. The academics are equally outstanding, with a good balance of art and outdoor time. Being part of the Our Savior family was a tremendous blessing and one of the best aspects of our four years in Arlington.

Grew up attending OSLC. Sadly, did not live in the area when I was in elementary school, so was unable to attend the school. I was delighted when I learned my grandchildren would be attending OSLC and both were students there from Kindergarten through 8th grade. They not only got an excellent education but also learned about God's love for them. Definitely a Christ-centered place with loving teachers where they received an excellent, solid base for their secular education.

Our two daughters (Pre-K and 1st grade) have attended this last year. We have been blown away by the care and love from the school, the teachers, and peers. The classmates are all a joy to be around and my daughters have made great friends with all classmates. Not once they have come home with hurt feelings from classmates but have been encouraged. Academically they have learned so much and continue to desire to enrich themselves. Mrs. Fredericksen and Mrs. Burnell have been wonderful to our kids and have made lifelong impacts in my children's lives. I can't say enough good things about our experience at OSVA. It's a hidden gem in Arlington!!
