I love ParCiti! The service is consistently phenomenal every time I visit. I've been over 20+ times this year since I live close. The staff is friendly, and the tech is better than other places I've been too. I would definitely recommend them.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place earned it. From start to finish, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
First, the person at the front desk was unbelievably rude. No greeting, no help—just a blank stare and a condescending tone when I asked basic questions about the setup. It felt like I was bothering them by even being there.
Then came the smell. The entire place reeked of stale sweat and mold, like an old locker room that hadn’t been cleaned in years. It was honestly hard to breathe, and definitely not the kind of atmosphere where you want to spend an hour trying to enjoy a round of simulated golf.
And to top it off, the bay wasn’t even working. When I politely asked for help, the front desk employee waved me off and said “I have too much going on right now” — when there was literally less than a handful of people there, and he was unoccupied at the moment.
I’ve seen this owner cite bad reviews as “spam” — but don’t fall for that. I’m just a regular person trying to enjoy one of my favorite hobbies after work.
Save your time, save your money, and don’t come here!

Booked a 1 hour slot from 9 to 10pm in advance but when I showed up I was informed they closed at 9pm. The gentleman was nice enough to let me use the bay for the hour, but I cycled through 3 simulators and none of them worked. Had to pack up and leave and was told I would get refunded for the session

It cost more than a dollar a minute to use the sims…..place’s prices are outrageous (much like every other golf simulator place I’ve ever been to) — also just to add, this place is clearly inflating its Google reviews and claiming all the negative ones are “spam.” So many horrible business ppl in Arlington and whoever owns this place seems like one of them.

This is my go-to spot in the winter to get some reps in. Staff is nice and helpful, booking is easy and the SIMs are very high quality. Pro tip: get three other friends and do the all-you-can-play membership ($115 per person per month).

The stench was gut wrenching, as if someone at bad Peruvian food and defecated in every corner. Rude employees, yelling at a women that was crying. This place needs to be shut down, we left after feeling forgotten and not wanted. Never will return, it ruined my autistic son’s experience with golf completely.

ParCiti has been great. The membership is well worth it if you even just go once a week. It's been the perfect way to keep my swing in shape while I don't have time to play a lot. The sims are really nice and provide all the video and data feedback you'd ever need. Highly recommend.
