“I walked into this store without an appointment to see if I could get my gold necklace with a crucifix with a gnarled chained (badly tangled). I was there a couple years ago to get the clasp (same necklace) replaced and it has held up very well. Sue took me right away, offered me a seat and refreshment while she worked on my necklace. She also steam cleaned it and showed me how to store it properly to avoid future gnarls. Superb customer service with no charge. I've worked retail for years and have seen it all. Kudos to this company and Sue! I will definitely recommend them to my friends.”

“My now go to spot for buying or selling firearms. Tim and Jason are fair and communicate their offers clearly, unlike most of these gun shops in the area with the tacticool wanna be commandos and jerks who try to lowball you at every opportunity. Is it just me or do gun shops purposely hire people with zero personality or customer service skills? Stop by and check out PoA’s inventory and ask for Tim or Jason and they might be able to keep you out of the gun shops. Granted they dont sell ammo or a ton of support items but they have a great wall full of tools and Tim will work a deal with you. He is just good guy”

“I went in only five minutes before closing, and they gave me a great deal on five silver eagles for the amount of money I was willing to spend, great manager, or owner guy and great customer service from the younger kids. They had working there and overall great experience and probably best price I got for buying silver eagles even cheaper than eBay! Definitely recommend trustworthy dealers here and can’t wait to do business with again! Go, check them out!”
