I went in for specific blood work and the lab only completed one of the three tests that were ordered. My doctor had to call me and reorder the missing work, so now I have to go back for a second blood draw. That's a waste of my time for something that should have been done correctly the first time. Disappointing.

The check-in process was easy and the whole experience took less than 20 minutes. The lovely woman who took my blood (Mechelle) was friendly, efficient and so nice! Great experience all the way around.

I recently visited the Quest Diagnostics site on Carlin Springs Road. The staff were exceptional. Very friendly and painless. They saw me right on time and took extra steps to care for my needs even though I was almost the last patient of the day. I highly recommend this site and its staff.
