Our phlebotomist Jasmine was wonderfully patient with my nervous child. Although my daughter has to do regular blood work she is very hesitant and fearful. Jasmine is always so upbeat and understanding--she puts us both at ease. Plus she is GREAT with a needle and my daughter barely felt the poke. Thank you Jasmine! We will definitely recommend this Quest location in the future.

Latoya was exceptional!!! I always dread blood work because I’ve had many bad experiences. Today was the opposite. Latoya got my vein with no issues and process was seamless. This place should have higher reviews!

Latoya was wonderful yet again and very skilled at getting the needle successfully in my arm in one attempt to draw my blood. She’s one of the best phlebotomist I have encountered.

One of the best services. The staff were really friendly and joyful. Obviously there was a small wait time but not more than 10 mins past the appointment time.

I went to get labs and a drug test done today and couldn’t have been happier with the process and service. I made an appointment prior to coming and the wait time was not that long. Once I got taken back, the staff were incredibly efficient and kind. My phlebotomist (I think her name was Michelle) was expertly skilled, quick, and the blood draw was entirely painless (I didn’t even feel a pinch or poke!). Jasmin did my drug test and made the process easy to follow. Everything was very clean and sanitary as well, contrary to other reviews. Thank you so much to the team at Quest for making this such a quick and painless visit!

M&M were my two technicians. These two ladies were absolutely outstanding! And the difference in professionalism and friendliness between this lab and the Carlin Springs location (avoid at all costs) is night and day. You guys rock!!
