Quick and easy from start to finish! Also, the people there are great. Just keep in mind if you want OEM glass instead of after market glass, they might have to order it but it’ll only take a couple days to get to the location.

The tech and service advisor were very accommodating, professional and helpful. Replacing a windshield took less than an hour. Also, my insurance had a good deal for Safelite. Very highly recommend this store in Arlington.

This is what Safelite thinks is a quality repair. Visible air gaps and debris and no penetration of the resin to the edges. Also worth noting that they do NOT guaranty their work. If the glass cracks because of the bad repair, then you still have to pay for a new windshield and Safelite won't help. Spoke with local manager at a different location and customer services and more or less they don't care if they do a bad repair and the windshield cracks because of their poor workmanship. Note, both picture are after the repair.

The Safelite shop on Washington street Arlington is well managed. The entire team were professional, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful. They helped from start to finish and got the job done on time ! Highly recommended

My broken windshield was replaced by Safelite AutoGlass and the experience was one of the best I have ever had with a service center of any kind. Josh O did the work on my car. He kept me informed of everything; appointment, status, when it was completed, etc. He met me at the counter when I went to pick up the car and introduced himself. He showed me the work that was done. He was extremely professional, courteous, and willing to answer any questions I had. Excellent workmanship and no complaints.

Horrible experience, the Safelite shop on Washington blvd, Arlington VA screwed up my car; I have it at the Volvo dealership now troubleshooting the heads-up display, rain sensor, front camera, collision detection and lane safety, plus they broke the cover piece for the front camera inside my car.

Huge kudos to Roland for helping my brother and I get back on the road quickly after our car was broken into and we were left without a passenger window. We didn’t have the time to permanently fix the issue, but he was a great help covering the window which lasted the rest of our drive to Florida.
