I’ve been doing my own hair for a decade now and living here two years. This sally beauty is super close to my house and I would go there one to two times a month. Recently I was purchasing some dye and the employee checking me out asked if I needed any advice. I politely declined. As they scanned my items, they proceeded to ask me weird questions and give me their own advice. Like why I was getting permanent and semi perm at the same time. They asked if I’d ever dyed hair before, if I’d used the brand before, question after question. I said “I’m good, thanks” again and they then pestered me about getting a sally credit card. To which I again said “no thanks”. No surprise, they still told me about the credit card and how much money it would save. I’m not interested in an interrogation that slows down my trip so I’ll drive the extra ten minutes to visit a different store. Not a new employee either, just my first time getting cornered by them. No thank you.

I paid 2 hour delivery plus tip bc I need it my stuff asap just to realize they missed some of my items and won’t deliver. They only offer a refund and that is bc I called customer service. Won’t order from here again.

I like this location because they always have the hair supplies I need!On the other hand I gave this location three stars because when I’m checking out I’m always asked by a cashier if I want my change! I understand that it near closing and see they don’t want to open new rolls of coins but they must stop that and give customers their change! I watched a young lady count nickels and then get agitated that she had to open quarters because it was not enough to give me my change! I’ve been nice before and let a cashier keep my change! I will not be doing this again! Please train your employees to stop asking if customers want their change! It’s different if they had a round up system but they don’t!

Wonderful customer service, Kaileene was so attentive and friendly! Love her. Even tho they don’t have a opi gel color she was helpful and showed me what other options I had.

So now, Sally's has decided to Go Green and not use plastic. That's great! I'm all for that, but boo on Sally's for asking customers to pay 15 cents for a paper bag. Not good customer service and definitely not cool!

The worst Sally’s I’ve ever seen in my entire life. They are literally ALWAYS out of EVERY product and they NEVER restock. It’s like they’re begging to go out of business.
