I am so disappointed with my hair color. I said I wanted chocolate brown. No part of this is brown. It is black, almost looks a bit blue because so dark.

Disappointed with this visit. The consultation felt rushed and the cut didn’t match my lip-level vs nose-level face framing expectations and she cut it shorter
If you’re booking, consider confirming the exact face-framing reference before the cut. I would avoid booking with the stylist McKeliya who handled my appointment to prevent similar issues.

I had an appointment on June 24th for a haircut and balayage. India was very polite and friendly throughout the visit. However, I was disappointed with the haircut. Although I requested a particular style, India suggested it wasn't suitable for my hair and opted for a trim instead. Upon returning home, both I and a friend observed that the cut was uneven, with noticeable long sections that were missed. The balayage color was acceptable, but it didn't quite achieve the look I was hoping for. The total cost for the service, on my above-shoulder hair, was $320 before tip.
I visited a different salon at Randolph Towers, and my experience was fantastic! I showed him a picture of the haircut I wanted, and he executed it exactly as I liked—it's clean and beautifully done. Even my friend complimented my new haircut!

I had India and she did a great job! This is my first time at bubbles. My experience was efficient and I got a shampoo and cut. I showed her what my vision was and she worked with me and I’m very happy with my haircut! The prices were fair especially for the city

Fran is wonderful! One of the best color experiences I have ever had. She is an exceptional stylist, and just as warm as she is knowledgeable. I am always nervous to try a new salon and stylist, but from the moment I met Fran she made me feel comfortable and explained options/pricing to reach my hair color goals. I look forward to booking with Fran the next time I am in DC! The salon was also very clean and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful.

Katrina was my hairstylist, and I highly recommend her! She immediately understood what I wanted and absolutely DELIVERED. I have 3C curly hair, and she did an excellent job layering it during my haircut and blow-dry service.

Just watched a video of a stylist doing the hair of a young lady with Tourette. This stylist was the most patient and compassionate stylist I had ever seen. I don’t know which salon she’s at but I wanted to give her as well as this salon their flowers. I can only image that all of your stylist hav the same compassion and patience. You guys are amazing for bringing CARE back to hair care.

I had a fun time with Robin, she really fixed my hair from how it was before, and she also did my hair exactly from the reference I showed. She gave advice on what to do with my hair and I very VERY MUCH trust her with my hair 🥰.

My daughter and I have been going to Minna for several years and have always been happy. she listens and tries to give us exactly what we want. We now bring my grandson and granddaughter and she does a terrific job on both. I also recommended a friend who is ver happy too. She's the best!

I love Bubbles Pentagon city because of wonderful , caring and professional employees like Mark the manager, he can multi task like no other and so hands on , he’s wonderful , Luke the receptionist who is the best , I’ve been coming to Bubble’s for many years and he is such a pleasure making an appointment to greeting You and making you feel comfortable, Luke is the best , and there’s John who I love love love , I love my hair everytime I walked out of the salon all smiles , he had the best eye for cuts , colors , and cares so much that You love your hair .
You should be very proud of these employees , you are very lucky to have them .

I made the huge mistake of trusting this salon — not once, but twice. The first time I went, they gave me completely mismatched color: the front of my hair was brown with blonde, and the back was black with blonde. It looked ridiculous. I washed my hair several times hoping it would settle, but it didn’t.I went back to ask them to fix it and match it to the reference photo I originally showed them — but they made it even worse. Now my hair has multiple shades: orange, yellow, dark brown… It’s patchy, messy, and completely damaged.If you love your hair, do not even consider going to this salon.
