First time I’ve been to this location. Least welcoming / helpful location I’ve been to. One staff member greeted me by waving. Everyone else was either talking to each other or talking about the schedule. I’m used to an employee greeted me and asking what I need help with as soon as I walk in at Sephora, this was not the same experience and very shocking considering the location.

Usually I have a great experience at this Clarendon store. Unfortunately today I encountered a very disrespectful and inconsiderate sales associate, didn’t catch her name but she wore glasses. She popped open a drawer in my way with a stroller despite seeing me. I waited for her, and then she didn’t even acknowledge that I was stood there or trying get through and didn’t even apologize. When I asked her politely if I could get passed. She dismissed me and said she needs to get stuff out. Again not apologizing or acknowledging what she did. The. I had to
Mauve a double stroller in the very tight aisles just to go pick up my online order. I’m positive if this was a non ethnic minority customer that lady wouldn’t have dismissed and disrespected me. Very unfortunate and very ignorant of her and this Sephora branch.

Visited this location today and it was a very uncomfortable experience. The young woman who assisted us was great but there was a group of employees standing in a circle talking. They were blocking a major aisle and barely moved to let our salesperson pass to get the item we wanted. I use a cane and the group made no attempt to make space for me to get down the aisle.
This is the first time I’ve been to this location, I live in the immediate area but I won’t be back. There are other locations with much better customer service.

Probably one of the worst Sephoras I have gone to. No one offered to help me at any point during my time in the store, when I did ask for help, I was initially ignored. Then, I asked to get a perfume and the sales associate said she was going to get it for me. She didn’t. I asked her two more times and she still continued to walk around the store, not going to the back to get what I asked for.

Go to another location, because this is by far the worst I have ever been to in ANY state I have ever been to. No one helped me. When I checked out the cashier asked if anyone helped. I told her, “No, no one helped me and that is quite disappointing because I actually needed help with color matching a foundation.” Her response was silence. WTH?!? The Georgetown location is sooo much better.

I tried to get help for over 5 minutes from workers to pick up my order and they walked past me like I didn't even exist. Then I stood near the pickup sign for a few more minutes while multiple workers were just standing around chatting with each other. I ended up just canceling the orders and ordering my items online for shipping. Being treated like Im not also human is unacceptable especially since I am a rouge member and spend so much money at Sephora. I will never be back to this location.

I was a little nervous walking in since I am not great with skin care or make up. Maggie was so nice about my lack of knowledge and helped me to find a good skin care routine within my budget. 24 hours later, my skin is already less flaky and feels softer!

Today was my second visit to Sephora in three months. I was visiting in December and ran into the store to replace a lipstick I lost at the airport. The courtesy and assistance the associates provided was impressive. Because of that one interaction, I am back in VA this week and made a special trip to this store. Sephora seems to have kept a DEI program in place, so I loaded up on Sephora products I had never purchased before. Again, exceptional customer service.

Go to any Sephora but this one. Had the worst experience ever. There was a “manager” on duty with a name that starts with D that really made me question if I ever wanna shop at Sephora ever again. Let’s see how everything unfolds since I’m expecting a call from his supervisor. As it stands, I’m quite disgusted by the experience because of him.

I can’t make this up. I went to Shazam a song and thug sales representative name Rem? “Heart Tatt on face “ (no class) stomps to me in front of other customers accusing me of recording another employee. She then told me once I pay for my things I can leave. I was hurt and embarrassed. I’ve never had this experience. This Sephora store one of my fav. She claims she’s a manager ??? Shocking and disappointing.
Kelly deserves 10 stars! She’s the head hauncho and knew that behavior was not appropriate and sloppy. Kelly made it right. Her kind beautiful heart …..gave me $30 off and apologized for Rem disgusting behavior.

Don’t go here, they cancel your appointment last minute and call you late after hours at 9pm. Called me last night and said my time was fine then this morning saying complete opposite. Very unprofessional, sounds like immature workers.
